      On February 26, 2024 I requested a tow from the side of the road in ******* *********** to my residence in ******* *********** and would be charged $300. I was convinced and at that time except it the tow to be diverted to federal auto service of ******* For proper diagnosing before anything. I received a call the next day explaining several things needed to be done. After my car being in the shop for several weeks, I finally received a call stating that my vehicle was ready but then also I needed an engine. This was not mentioned one time in the previous diagnosis which I then complained, and the service guy admitted on audio to not properly diagnosing the vehicle, and it being his fault. With that I had to move forward, purchasing an engine, which was unexpected out of my budget, and, my judgment would have been completely different about fixing the vehicle and at this location if the diagnosis was properly done from the beginning. I had to wait several weeks for this process to actually take place and then my car was put to the back burner, as it was not a priority, because the mechanic was fixing it on his leisure time because it was his fault, but I had to suffer the weight as long as the wear, and tear on my vehicle from sitting in the mechanic shop for almost 2 months. then a few weeks later went to pick up the vehicle drove less than 2 miles and the vehicle cut off on me it would not start. shop had to send their tow truck to pick me up. It was the starter I had to pay for the part. It was done within two hours. I left again. This time I got about five minutes away and could not accelerate over 40 mph leading me to give them a call and head back to the shop yet again. was told it was the transmission had to leave my car there again for another several weeks picked it up on April 8 now the vehicle is disabled again due to their negligence. They are avoiding my phone calls won’t return them. The receptionist have taken messages I have yet to receive a call
