    This review refers to the service I received at the location in ******** ** *** * **** *** ******** ** ******* even though the business may be listed under a different address such as Danbury.
    My vehicle got stuck in the mud, and I repeatedly asked the workers for the price before they began towing. Each time, they avoided giving a straight answer — they acted distracted, pretending to be on the phone or simply ignored the question. At no point was I given a clear estimate or explanation of the cost.
    The tow itself took less than 10 minutes and covered only a few short meters to reach the road — yet once they finished, one of them told me that “in the best-case scenario” it would cost $5,000. I was absolutely shocked and didn’t even know how to respond at that moment.
    They then informed me they would be taking the vehicle to their lot until the rental company paid them. I refused to leave the car with them, as I felt from the beginning that their behavior was aggressive, non-transparent, and manipulative.
    When we arrived at their lot, I was told directly that if I wanted my car back right now, I had to pay $1,275 on the spot — no negotiation. It was a clear ultimatum: pay immediately or lose the car. I had no real choice, so I paid, despite the amount being clearly excessive and unjustified.
    This experience was outrageous, unethical, and in my opinion, borders on predatory behavior. I strongly urge others to avoid this company at all costs.
