**UPDATE: In June of 2024 BBB received several new ScamTracker reports on this company. They are now using the name Paige Shipping but the address and tactics are the same. BBB advises consumers not to share any personal information if contacted by this company regarding employment.
In December of 2022, BBB opened an investigation into the business practices of
Paige Post/Paige Logistics LLC. We received numerous inquiries from
consumers who had been approached via email and offered a "Work from
Home" opportunity.
Candidates who accepted the offer were asked to complete employment forms
requesting personal information including Social Security numbers, Birthdates,
Banking Information for direct deposit, etc. They were given login credentials
to an online dashboard to log their deliveries/shipments. They began to receive
shipments that they were instructed to inspect and repackage and ship to
another address.
At the end of the initial month, when employees were due to be paid, they found
their login credentials no longer valid and all attempts to contact Paige Post
by phone or emails were ignored.
These employees never received payment, and all shipments ceased at the same
time.
Our investigation revealed that according to the Town of East Windsor, CT Town
Clerk, the address used to register the LLC is not a valid address. Other than
the company website, no other digital evidence of this company was found. Upon
reviewing the documentation received from consumers, all email addresses for Paige
Post "supervisors" are inactive. All attempts by BBB to contact
the company by email, phone and USPS have been unsuccessful.
Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot confirm the legitimacy of Paige
Post/Paige Logistics LLC.
