    My experience with the Fairfield Driving School has been nothing but UNPLEASANT. A business should not be so disorganized and unprofessional as they have with their customers. There is absolutely no way to contact them to schedule any kind of lesson. I have been given excuses of flooded offices and "service provider issues" with their main phone line. The only "interaction" I had was with the secretary named Charlotte Fi********* through one email. She has seemed to have dropped off the face of the Earth after I contacted her.
    There is absolutely no way to contact them, and I have been trying for over 2 months. I have requested a refund for the $615 that they have effectively STOLEN from me and my brother (who paid for the exact same course). I am a working college student and can not afford to loose this much money. The lack of empathy and professionalism from this institution is disgusting. The only reason why I even considered them was because of a friends recommendation. But keep in mind, for every good review there are at least 10 other people that they have scammed out of their money. My adult permit will be expiring soon and all I want to do is move on. They are not worth the trouble, and definitely not worth the money. I hope there is some justice for those who have been stolen from. DO NOT GO TO THEM. Literally any other driving school would do. Listen to the ****** or even **** reviews. They are correct, it is criminal what they do. No company should be able to just walk away with your money. I'm sick and tired of chasing them down. Just give us our money back. End of story.
