On 01/04/2016, BBB notified this business that their use of the BBB Accredited Business seal was improper.  This business has not been accredited by BBB since July 2013.
On 06/20/2016, BBB sent a formal letter that this business's use of the BBB Accredited Business seal constitutes an infringement  of BBB's Trademark and is violating State and Federal Trademark laws.  Continued use could lead to further legal action.
