I purchased a ******* washer and dryer on 10 September 2022 and made a scheduled delivery on the following Friday, September 16th. I got countless emails saying I would be contacted about the delivery time before Friday, but come Friday, I did not get any emails, texts, or calls. I contacted XPO and asked where my delivery was, I was told by them "they had lost my shipment, and I would be contacted in 48 to 72 hours to start an investigation.". I waited until Monday morning, called them back, and asked the same question about where my items were, the response I got this time was "They were never lost and they were just short on delivery trucks, and that they would reschedule my shipment out to October 4th, 2022". I was not given a choice of date, I told them that I do not appreciate being lied to and that they should prioritize my order since they should have known in advance before ******* hired them that they could not deliver my order in a reasonable amount of time. They told me they would contact me if they can deliver sooner, and that's all I was guaranteed. I then contacted ******* and told them the situation, after being on the phone ALL DAY, I was told almost the same thing they would submit a request to get it delivered sooner but with no guarantee at all.
I just went through a move, and most of our clothes and sheets and towels are currently dirty, and I have no way to wash them. I NEED THIS WASHER AND DRYER.
Ideally, I would like a delivery a LOT sooner than October 4th, 2022 by XPO, and from Samsung, I would like a partial refund for the inconvenience.
I would settle for just having my washer and dryer sooner though.

Worst Shipping Service, They should not even operate. Its been 1 month I have not been able to get my delivery. XPO is not ready to help at all. Not sure where should I lodge a complaint. Its waste of their delivery drivers. No one calls before arriving at the door. They just show up and say no one is home and reschedule delivery on their needs but not customer needs. AT one time they damaged 2 of my equipments. They are not at all professional.Initial Complaint

XPO did not just provide the worst experience I've ever had with appliance movers, they provided one of the worst experiences with Human Beings in general. "Javier" arrived with excuses ready why XPO 'couldn't' do the job. It took us 45 minutes to convince them to Do the job they were paid to do, and after they finally began the work they tried so diligently to avoid, one proceeded to insult us, calling us "****** *********" and calling my partner a "****** *****", as if we didn't understand Spanish. The company clearly hires the very bottom of the barrel. which is all too reflective of the state of character in management. Moving the appliance in, finally, they proceeded to cause physical damage to our home, breaking the tiles of our floor and scratching the walls. After all this, "Javier" had the nerve to refuse to hook up the water to the fridge, which they'd been paid to do, and then to tell us that they weren't going to remove the old fridge, which XPO had also been paid to do on the same day as the delivery. Their first excuse was "too many stairs". There is one flight, plus five steps, which they had already traversed in moving the new appliance into the house. Then the excuse changed to "it's too heavy". No, the old appliance is around the same weight. Then the excuse changed to "it's too big". No, the old fridge is literally smaller than the new fridge in Every dimension. Then they simply disregarded me and started leaving, saying they'd just refund the takeaway fee, which was completely unacceptable to me, as it would be to anyone who paid for the service that these slobs supposedly provide. I Did Not Even Sign For This Fridge. They simply left the job undone. I have spoken to other people in the area who also had the misfortune of being forced to suffer these fools, and this is clearly a systemic trait in the behavior of XPO, across the board. I Know that this is not an isolated incident, and no one should have to deal with this.Initial Complaint

We ordered a new refrigerator from ******* to replace our old ******* refrigerator which is the exact same size. XPO logistics came with the new refrigerator after delaying the delivery date 3 times but refused to take the refrigerator up to our second floor apartment and left it in the garage and drove off. Their excuse was that they didn't feel comfortable removing the doors of the fridge. After spending hours on the phone with this company they rescheduled a new team to come take the doors of the fridge, carry it up to the apartment and haul away the old one. This new team showed up and said that the refrigerators were "too heavy" and this was a 4 man job and then drove off. After spending hours again on the phone, XPO obtained approval for 4 man team from ******* and rescheduled the service date for today. I got calls from 2 teams of 2 men telling me they were on their way. Then only 2 men show up and told me that this is only a 2 man job but because we live on the "third floor" (which is not true, we live on the second floor) they said they would have to cancel the job. They also clearly spoke to the other team and told them not to show. Then the men offered to do the job if we pay them $400 on the side. they would take the doors off the refrigerators, install the new one, and haul away the old one (they wanted to know if the fridge was still functional because they clearly wanted to do with it as they please) but would tell the company that they canceled the job using the 3rd floor as an excuse. They told us to call ******* to get out money back for the delivery so it wouldn't even cost us anything. As soon as I said I would call XPO they drove off. When I cold XPO I didn't even get an apology and was told they would have to reschedule with another team but have yet to give me another date despite calling multiple times. XPO clearly does not care and allows their employees to scam and take advantage of customers who are clearly desperate.Initial Complaint

I purchased a piece of exercise equipment that gave me 3 option dates for delivery. The first date of availablility was for the following Tuesday 9/6/22. We received an email a few days later saying that our delivery was scheduled for Thurs 9/8/22. We were not going to be in town that day so we called XPO before the delivery date and they claimed that they could not get our item off of their truck until after they try to deliver it on 9/8/22 which does not make sense. We were not happy but said fine reschedule once it is off truck. They rescheduled for 9/15/22. We received an email the night before that they would be here between 12:30pm-3:30pm the next day (on the 15th) My husband gets a voicemail an hour before delivery is due claiming they have to reschedule. It took us almost an hour to get someone on the phone who claimed that their truck broke down. Now they claim they will deliver next Tuesday 9/20/22. This company has been a hassle and not been truthful in anything they say.Initial Complaint

My ******* fridge and stove was supposed to be delivered by XPO Logistics on 9/6/22. I got a call from a representative the day before saying it can't be delivered that day so they rescheduled to the 7th. Then it got rescheduled to the 9th. Then 13th. After that it got rescheduled to 14th. I even got a text and email from them confirming the time window for delivery on the 14th as well. On the morning of 14th, I got a call saying it can't be delivered that day and it can't even be scheduled at the time. Every time the agent called me I wanted to speak to the supervisor, however one agent hang up on me after I asked to speak to the supervisor and other agents told me the supervisor will contact me within 24 hours. It's been many days since then, but no supervisor has contacted me yet. I've been living without a fridge and a stove for many days now and I had to resort to buying food and had to end up buying a temporary portable stove.Initial Complaint

Hello. This company has been cruel and a totally fraudulent company. We bought a king mattress set from ******. They used this company as a third party delivery. They were including free haul away of old set. When two drivers arrived on sept 3rd they laughed and said nope not taking it we are first stop so no room. We then called a number they gave us she set up a pick up the following Wednesday. My husband is injured. We said please don’t let us down. No show !!! We called got a nice lady that said well we only do your area Thursdays so I’ll book you next Thursday the 15th. Another day of work missed for me to sit here to be told we refused the delivery !!!!’ This was a fraudulent lie. Never would we have said this. Nor did they ever even notify us of the time. This company needs to be reported. ****** will be advised what they have done. They owe us now for what we will need to pay to have it hauled away.Initial Complaint

I’ve called multiple times to get a delivery date and/or time only to be told I would get a call or text message the day before with a time frame. I never received a call or text message with a time so I made several more very frustrating calls and still nothing. I’ve missed several hours of work due to this unprofessional management. I ordered a washer and dryer set from ******* on 9/9/2022 with a delivery date of 9/12/2022. On the 12th of September, XPO attempted delivery to my address but did not show. Although my wife and I were home the drivers marked the delivery as unable to deliver due to me not being home. After calling several times to inquire about the status of my delivery with no resolution, I was contacted by an employee stating that because i live on a military instillation they were not able to deliver because the driver did not have any form of I.D. such as a driver's license (which is required to enter military instillations). I was ensured that my items would be delivered on the 13th of September. It is now the 14th of September and each day the drivers do not bring any form of I.D. to deliver my items. I have taken off work 3 days in a row to receive a shipment, I cannot continue taking off work over and over. At this point my calls are not being answered nor will they allow me to to reschedule because my items have not been rescanned into the XPO warehouse.Initial Complaint

XPO home delivery (contracted by *******) handled the delivery of our ******* fridge on 9/3. During delivery, they broke the fridge and also caused considerable damage to our home (broken walls, stair floorboards, and bannisters). Despite daily calls, XPO has been completely unresponsive. We submitted a claim and asked for a status but have yet to hear anything back. ******* sent a new fridge and XPO sent us a confirmation of delivery on 9/14. They never showed and when we called they said they didn’t have the fridge in their warehouse despite sending us a confirmation and even a time block for the delivery. We have been without a fridge for almost 2 weeks now and no information on how the damage to our house will be fixed. I called XPO again today and they said they could not do anything and just to call ******* back. We have videos and photos of the damage and the delivery personnel (from our google doorbell). XPO repeatedly said they would get back to us in 24-48 business hours and it has been almost 2 weeks and we have zero information.
