XPOLogistics Invoice #**********
Bought Patio furniture and cover from *** ********. Bought the furniture, online, and paid infull including delivery at the time of purchase; XPO delivered the furniture. by 07/19/2021. In august 8, 2021 XPO sent me an invoice for the delivery, I reach out to *** Care Center (Incident number ******* phone ####-###-####) and *** told me that the invoice was not meant for me that even the invoice says "Bill all accessorials to acehardware corporation" Now over a year later, XPO logistics is threatening to send me to collections with a letter dae 09/02/2022. They are referencing a the following tracking: ***********/*********. Telling me that if do not pay they are sending me to Collections by 09/15/2022. Please help. I have their invoice, and the response for *** telling me the invoice was not for me. I keep calling but the customer service is busy and there is no response if you leave a message. I call the ###-###-#### today only to be routed back to an office in california that does not deal with billing. Please, please help!!Initial Complaint

A refrigerator I ordered from ******* that has been contracted for delivery by XPO Logistics, Inc. on 9/1 has still not been delivered, now 9/13 and multiple calls to ******* and XPO and no one knows where my fridge is, XPO seems to have lost it. All the customer service agents I’ve talked to keep passing the blame and give a blanket statement of just wait to see what happens. Sue of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered and worst business practices to match! I paid over $3000 for the refrigerator.Initial Complaint

I filed a property damage claim with XPO logistics back on 6/21/22. The movers attempted to bring a refrigerator through a passage way that was too small, damaging paint, brand new molding, a banister, and a ***** ***** Autographed poster. I was going through the process with "Anya P*****" who came out personally and observed the damage, and took photos. On 8/20/2022 I received a letter that was misaddressed to someone named "Heidi". Subsequently I reached out to Anya, requesting the photos the mailed letter claimed they had, showing the before status of my property. On 9/7/22, I followed up a second time following the mailed letter. I received an email from Anya stating "I just forwarded you the information", however no information was received. On 9/11/22, I received an email stating it was denied and no further details were provided. I attempted to reach out to Anya, to no avail.
I am seeking damages over $2,000 due to the amount of property damage that was done.Initial Complaint

I purchased my kitchen cabinets (********* Brand made by ************, ordered via **** *****, Order # H2665-************* price $4,477) on 6/25/22. I was given an estimated delivery of 8/26 and was provided with multiple updates by ************ throughout the manufacturing process. ************ informed me of a delivery date of 8/29 via a third party delivery company (XPO logistics based in ********* **). I took off work to receive my delivery on 8/29 between the hours of 1:30 & 5:30PM. One hour prior to the delivery time (MISTAKE 1), the delivery was canceled and rescheduled to 8/30 (without my input) (MISTAKE 2). Unfortunately, I was unable to take off work again and attempted to reschedule the appointment. XPO stated that this was not possible and the delivery would be attempted regardless (MISTAKE 3). Obviously, no one was present for the attempted delivery on 8/30 and the delivery was entered in error as "delivered" (MISTAKE 4). Therefore, the associated work order was closed. I called XPO multiple times to reschedule my delivery over the next 2 weeks (8/30-9/8). They states that I could not reschedule my order until two actions were taken: 1) the product was rescanned into the warehouse and 2) a new workorder was generated by ************. I called ************, who were receptive and called XPO after confirming that the workorder was supposed to be generated by XPO and NOT them (MISTAKE 5). XPO then generated a workorder but had not yet rescanned my product. Another week went by (9/8-9/13) and my product is still missing (MISTAKE 6). I requested to pick up my product from the XPO facility but was told that this request could only be fulfilled by the cabinet manager (who had been out since 8/29) (MISTAKE 7). XPO would not disclose the reason for his absence. In total, I have called XPO 13 times and ************ 3 times.. I am no closer to receiving my order and need assistance on delivery. XPO Logistics delivered the order – 4 ******* ******E 4-Door Flex™ Refrigerator Panels in Matte Grey Glass (matte) (Tracking Number - ******************) on August 12, 2020, but XPO Logistics deliverers refused to install the delivered panels although the panel installation was included in the order. After many calls to ******* home appliances XPO Logistics people finally came and installed the panels on September 1, 2022, but when they removed the panels from the boxes one of the refrigerator top panels was severely deformed/bent. I spoke to ******* home appliances told me that per their policy because it’s been over 15 days from the date of delivery, they cannot replace the defective panel. Obviously, it’s a responsibility of the Xpo Logistics to provide me with a new panel and installation, because of the delay in properly fulfilling the order. My numerous email and phone call complaints to the XPO Logistics Customer Service were ignored.Initial Complaint

XPO tracking # XPONC70ONWQKICUH22
This work order is for a washer and dryer that need to be returned to ** electronics (brand new units that failed installation in our home when they were initially delivered by XPO on Aug 13th). XPO refused to take back these units with them that day saying ** needs to create a new pickup order to return washer & dryer and left these units in the hallway of our home. ** did create a pickup order to return these units, but XPO has now FIVE TIMES cancelled the pickup date of our washer and dryer that needs to be returned to **. Not only is this preventing us from getting our money back from LG, but right now these uninstalled washer and dryer units are blocking the hallway in a household with small children, causing a SAFETY HAZARD as well. I called XPO SEVERAL times to find out why our pickup order keeps getting rescheduled but their agents keep telling me that it is due to issues with the local hub planning the route and they will pick up for sure at the next pickup date, ONLY to be cancelled and rescheduled again.
- initial pickup date was 9/2, XPO texted morning of saying I need to reschedule
- next pickup date was 9/3, I called the morning of to ask for a time window and was told i need to reschedule
- third pickup date was 9/9. XPO sent a message at 11 PM the night before saying I need to reschedule
- fourth pickup date was 9/10, XPO sent a message at 8 PM the night before saying I need to reschedule
- fifth pickup date was 9/13, I received a message indicating I need to reschedule.
I also have to take time off work to meet the XPO drivers on the scheduled pickup dates so this is causing additional financial loss for my family. I WOULD LIKE XPO to FINISH THE JOB and PICK UP THE WASHER AND DRYER for return to ** electronics at the next date that I schedule with them, without further cancellations & rescheduling.Initial Complaint

I placed an order from ******* and this took over 4months to arrive at the XPO site. I scheduled my delivery on 1 September to be delivered on 13 September but one day before the delivery date I was told that the schedule has been overbooked and I have to reschedule my delivery for few weeks. Are you kidding me? ******* did this to me twice one day before the delivery they rescheduled and XPO is doing same thing. They had two weeks to notify me but instead, one day before. XPO Logistics as ******* third party supposed to deliver my ******* microwave on September 9 or 12 2022 according to *******. But XPO scheduled delivery only on September 30 which not good for me. I tried setup early delivery , but XPO giving me hard time. They donot want work with customers to accomodate their needs.
Also very difficult to reach problem resolving team and get their support. I am completely disappointed with tis company and how they treat their customers.Initial Complaint

I ordered a refrigerator from ***** and their subcontractor Xpo Logistics, has canceled and postponed delivery 3 times already. My spouse and I have been taking time from work waiting for this delivery which has led to loss of income (after spending over $1000 for appliance). We've been without a refrigerator for 10 days now. Company managers have not contacted us or made themselves available for any customer service which has been substandard to say the least. The employee who canceled my order should be held accountable as the delivery service did not have my consent to cancel my order. The lady harassed me and constantly rescheduled delivery dates 4 to 5 times consecutively. She never provided explanation on why the delivery date was being pushed constantly. They do not have manager or supervisor on call to assist customer. I left conversation with her requesting call back from a manager.
Now that I noticed my order canceled I reached out to them requesting to speak to higher ups. Employees are rudely telling customers “there is no one to help you now call back in half an hour and see if manager is here or available”. I can not imagine a business being that bad and still surviving in the United States. Please assist me as I was treated extremely bad by this business and lost my items that I purchased on sale.
