      I had an awful experience at ONS ****** *********** office.

      I saw a great doctor , Benjamin G***** ; who referred me to their PT department for a rotator cuff tear.

      I sought physical therapy ; when it was time for the PT department to submit notes to my insurance regarding my injury: they did not properly submit notes. I was given improper physical therapy. Different therapists. No at home work or follow up care. Billed my insurance as much as they wanted , and when I wanted to speak to head of PT or a manager they constantly hung up the phone on me. I went by the office where I was then verbally abused by the receptionist (who told me I am denied) , my insurance (****** **** ***** **** ******) also said they were verbally abused on the phone by ONS. I also received fraudulent charges from them which I can prove via my bank statement. They didn’t follow through with care, ran up my insurance ; and because of that I now have to seek care elsewhere with no insurance coverage as they stole it and didn’t provide me proper care. I had tried many times to speak with a doctor or manager or someone to assist this issue but they refuse , hang up the phone, and verbally assault me which was witnessed by my mother. I also sent emails trying to rectify the situation and that also went unheard. I feel they scammed my insurance and also left me to fend for myself. They keep telling me I had a designated therapist and at home work which is a LIE. My insurance/attorneys agree this is fraud and they too opened a complaint / investigation. I want my insurance covered PT Back and I will also be disputing their fraudulent charges regarding medical records which I already paid for.

      Also noted a payment plan was made for the charges they’re now recharging me for. Those can be proven via bank statements as well.

      I got into a car accident back in Dec 21,2021 and I have been using my ***** medical to pay for treatment. I also was contacted by my own insurance **** ***** * **** ****** and was told as soon as my ***** insurance exhaust they will continue payments for my treatment. According to *** they billed my insurance for treatments from 08/24/22 to 10/11/22 and they have not paid. I called my insurance, and they told me that *** needs to do a pre-authorization for treatment since they are taking over from ***** basically they need to explain my treatment and they will get paid. I explained that to *** numerous times in September 2022 to the Physical Therapy office in ******** ** spoke with Sue told her please call my insurance and it will be resolved. October 24,2022, I received a bill from *** I called them spoke to Ronald G****** from there billing dept. I tried to explain to him what I told sue and a simple phone call to my insurance will resolve this matter. He was rude he cut me off and told me your insurance refuses to pay us it's your responsibility. I truly understand if the insurance has an issue with the bill will have to resolve it. that same day Tuesday Oct 25 ,2022 I called my insurance, and they told me again we want to pay this bill, but it has to be submitted the right way. the simplest way would be to have *** call us, and we can fix over the phone. *** refuses to call them. they need to call my insurance and resolve this matter and stop bothering me and stressing me out. I am trying to recover from injuries, and this is not helping it's making me worst physically and mentally not helping me recover.

The patient has expressed his appreciation and satisfaction with our endeavors to bring these issues to resolution.  We appreciate the opportunity to amend the original complaint with this update.
