      Do not trust this company under any circumstance. I ordered a pair boots and they were too small. I returned them within 30 days and I was denied because they claimed I had worn them. I tried them on and they were too small. How could I wear boots that are too small? They are running a scam.

      I purchased a pair of Sofft shoes advertised as a comfortable shoe. This was the entire appeal of the shoe to me and my reason for purchase. However, once I wore the shoe for 30 minutes. I had the worst blisters of my life, that have lasted for over a week. I find this completely unacceptable coming from a pair of shoes that were advertised as comfortable, and cost over $100. I reached out to the manufacturer via the email listed on their site for people who purchased through another retailer. They responded, essentially saying comfort was subjective and they could not help me, and then proceeded to ignore my follow up email. Then, I called their number for people who purchased through a retailer. The customer service representative transferred me to the wrong line, who then told me to call the number I originally called. The person I spoke to then proceeded to lecture me as if I was incompetent. Telling me I need to reach out to the retailer as if it is their problem the manufacture lied about the comfort of their shoe, even after I explained the retailers policy would not help me. This company is advertising comfortable shoes and not delivering, scamming people out of their money, and then offering not only completely unhelpful but also exceptionally rude customer service. NEVER purchase from them.

      I purchased a pair of work boots for my job on their website. I am working to purchase Made in ******* items where I can. I had set the filters to show just the boots that are Made in America, and the boots shown were what I purchased. I also purchased some boot polish to make sure and take care of these boots. When I received the boots, they said Made in China. I called the company and explained how I had used their filters to find a Made in America pair of boots. They explained to me that these boots were not made in America and how to differentiate them. I returned the boots and the boot polish and I was not given my full refund because of their s**** up. They shorted my refund by $11 and have not replied to my emails asking why they have not provided me with a full refund, which does not explain how they came to that price as shipping was free to me. If a return is made you would be charged $6.99. So I guess there is a random number generated by this company when you return products. It was their website filters were the mistakes occurred (wrong heel height, Made in America, etc...). I ended up spending twice the amount ($420) on a pair of boots that were Made in America. If you are going to charge shipping to return product(s), then be consistent.
