      I would give zero stars if it were possible.
      The company denies pre-certification for cancer treatments based on age even though they have pathology reports showing that the cancer is the most aggressive form of cancer possible.
      Nothing like knowing that my life is less important to this company than a few dollars.

      They would not pay for my dad's pet scan to check for Cancer. It is a life saving test. He does have Cancer and they won't pay to see if it has spread.
