  Absolutely horrible coating. Does not last. They got overspray all over my vehicle which cost me $2000 to safely remove. He wanted to do it himself, I refused. He already ruined my undercoating I did not need him ruining my clear coat as well. I would give 0 stars. Everyone be warned.

  Absolute Garbage, they do not prep properly for the coating, and while it may stick for a little while, it will peel off in sheets down the line. I asked them if they sanded and used the acid etch, he said they did, but apparently lied. There were a couple missed spots on the quarter panels, but he said they didn't have time to touch those up and come back. When I went to get the keys, the owner Pauline tried to charge me more than the advertised price, saying that their prices went up. Good thing I had paid by credit card in full prior to coming... I guess they just don't keep records or honor the advertised price.
  A year later (2022) I brought it in for their "lifetime warranty" since multiple rust spots were showing. When I got the truck back, it was clear they just sprayed more paint over everything without doing any prep or remediation of the rust spots. A few months later the second "lifetime warranty" layer was coming off in sheets and the rust was showing again.
  They claim to do it right, but results show otherwise. The POR product itself is amazing if prepped for correctly, but I wouldnt trust these addicts with another one of my vehicles. If I knew what I know now, I would have done a chargeback because of the now obvious lies about their service.

  10-14-22 life time guaranteed MY *** 2- years ago I took my new 2019 Duramax 2500hd z71 10,000 miles to new England undercoating. Had it done,they took it to a car wash and smashed my bumper. Told me to not report it ,he will take care of it ordered new bumper, they took the grill off had to match paint also detailed, waited 3 weeks. Came out nice. September 7th 2022 made appointment underneath coating pealing. Paulie not around setup with co worker. 10-10-2022 dropped off ,called Thursday said it's done ,pickup on Friday to let dry. Friday 10-14-2022 left work to pickup truck Paulie not around, got keys from co-worker. Drove out got my ramps at home ,went to get gas, notice a white glaze resin with deep scratches on driver side of upper part of bed. Did a complete walk around. Called Paulie ASAP asked if he was at the shop. Told him I 'am coming by.I arrived and pulled in, went inside, saw Paulie outside.I said What is wrong with your company,2 problems with my truck. We both exchanged words that I can't type. He began to foam at the mouth and got in my face and shoved me.I decided to do the right thing and not confront him. His co-worker held him back. I called police want to press charges. When police came Paulie left before they arrived. Police asked if anyone saw what happen.co-worker said he did not see anything, even though he was there. The camera in parking lot across street shows not to focus. Police said I can't use his camera because there his.I can't write everything on my mine. Just be aware the undercoating not worth it,looks cool but won't last,not worth going back and forth.Paulie is a piece of.
