In May of 2019 Better Business Bureau serving CT (BBB) opened an investigation on the business practices of Pondside Promotions, Inc., after consumer complaints went unanswered. Specifically, BBB looked into claims of the products sold being incomplete or not as demonstrated when consumers brought home from a fair or expo. Because Pondside Productions, Inc. does not have a website, their main point of sales occurs during demonstrations at scheduled events and popular expos. Prior to purchase, it is recommended that consumers ascertain the true value of a product or service. It is additionally recommended that consumers research a business before purchasing a product or service in order to identify valid contact information in the event an issue arises with said product or service, and to also read any posted customer reviews.
