Our sales rep. Connie, was amazing, helpful and very welcoming! Great experience and no pressure. My husband & I decided to just go in and look around and not buy. Well we were wrong about that. We picked out a bed for the kids room, one for ourselves and even a new set of couches! Connie, did a wonderful job taking care us till way passing closing time without rushing us out, she was very patient with us since we couldn’t decide on a bedroom set! Mike was beyond amazing at the hall road location! They had several styles that fit our shopping parameters. Comfortable clean environment without the pressure to purchase. Would recommend this place to anyone I knew looking for furniture.Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

We had a wonderful experience shopping at Bobs . Our salesperson Bill was very knowledgeable and explained mattress choices and then left it up to us to choose what we wanted to purchase! Would definitely check out Bobs next time I need to purchase furniture.Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

I’m super demoralized by my experience with Bob’s Discount Furniture. Everything was seamless and flawless until my delivery. I really enjoyed my store experience and I left the store so happy.
Now the day of my delivery, I commuted two hours to be at my new apartment on time and I was attempting to track the delivery truck however through a system glitch I was receiving an error message.
I received an automated phone call saying my driver would be there in one minute so I proceeded to head downstairs. When I went downstairs my doorman informed me that a delivery driver told him he was there for a unit number that was not mine. Then when the doorman attempted to call that unit number that was not mine there was no answer and then the delivery driver left.
The delivery driver did not wait at all because I was on my way down instead he just took a photo of himself in the reflection of the door proving he was there.
I did not receive a phone call from the delivery driver as my phone is linked to my account and the other Bob’s furniture delivery drivers gave me a call upon arrival.
I needed to follow up and I called customer service my attempt for my furniture to be redelivered was denied so this led me to attempt to talk to a supervisor.
I was disconnected two times when I was trying to contact a supervisor and I did not receive a phone call back either time
This is a sad way to end such a seamless process as a first time customer. Shame on the driver.Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

Great deal on a headboard from PIT.
But waited over an hour for staff to bring item to loading dock. Watched people who arrived after me load their items and leave. Was told bringing items out in order received.

My wife and I were pleased to shop at Bob’s Discount furniture store, ********** *** The environment was clean and welcoming. A member of the staff, Stephen A**** was most helpful in a professional and courteous manner, answering our questions without any pressure.
