Bob's Discount Furniture, LLC is just what it said DISCOUNT FURNITURE, I have shop at plenty of furniture stores, and none of the Furniture store's, furniture have falling apart like Bob's and don't even pay for the GOOFPROOF, it's just a joke, you can't get in touch with anyone and when you do they don't honor their products, the worst Furniture I have every purchased from. In December 2018, I purchased a Lift chair (Broken), Table set (Broken), reclining bed broken, and because my mom is impatient I have thrown have of the furniture in the trash, because they do not answer their GOOFPROOF Email, and I purchased all of the furniture from the Waldorf Store, and I can sat that I am a loyal customer, but Bob's Furniture is not loyal to it's customers. Enough is Enough, tired of getting ***** by these stores. Bob's you are the worst.

Hello ********* we are very sorry for any confusion about the warranty from Bob’s. The merchandise comes with a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. The goof proof protection that is purchased is a plan through a third party company. Guardian covers the merchandise damage resulting from a single accident. You must be able to provide the necessary details to clearly indicate that this damage occurred through a single accident or incident and not through everyday use, misuse or abuse of the merchandise.

Great experience and no pressure. We decided to just go in and look around and not buy. Well we were wrong about that. We picked out two matching Rocker-swivels. Tony our sales rep did a wonderful job taking care us. Nice job Bob’s!Bob's Discount Furniture LLC

Lyn was a great sales lady! She helped me choose the right size, color, and model sofa we needed. She was professional, polite, and knew her products well! She showed careful attention to detail when putting in the delivery instructions as we live on the 3rd floor of a locked building. Great selection and good prices. Salesperson very attentive but when asked a direct question about the sturdiness of a bed he skirted the question and basically lied. After reading reviews about the bed it was determined that every review said shakey construction and it couldn’t be tightened or fixed. Furniture was used and never sanitized had belongings in it from previous owner. We were told scratch and dent was the reason for the discount not previously owned. Two places failed to clear it out or sanitize it before returning it to the storeroom floor. That is how we figured out they resell furniture that they replace under their “Goof Proof Policy”, it was not scratched in transport it was previously owned and damaged.Bob's Discount Furniture LLC
