      This is honestly the worst possible place to get anything from. They are very irresponsible and their delivery estimates are not accurate, but that's when you actually get the delivery and it's not cancelled and rescheduled multiple times. Save yourself the time and shop with ****** or another furniture company.

      Hello *******, we are very sorry to hear that the items you were interested in were on back order. Our furniture is built to our specifications and comes directly from the manufacturer. The logistical process to get the furniture here has been impacted by shipping delays.
      We do hope you will reconsider us in the future if any other furniture needs arise!

      I had an amazing experience, Dennis greeted us at the door and was very pleasant and patient! My husband and recently bought a home and I was worried I would be able to find nice furniture that wouldn’t be available upon move in date! Dennis took us around the store to help furnish our dining room, bedroom, and living room!!! He had us dying of laughter throughout the whole experience. He was very knowledgeable of the furniture and knew exactly what we wanted!!
      The cottage chic sectional is so comfortable and amazing!!!! Once I am ready to furnish my office and basement I will make sure to come back and see Dennis!!!

      Chris D******** was really great. We were extremely happy that he was able to sell us the floor model, as we had my truck and really did not want to wait 2 months for the next available shipment. We will definitely go back and look forward to working with Chris……..

      Returns are a nightmare, they never follow up , to get a credit you have to make multi calls . They lie about issuing credit and give you the runaround

      This is by far one of the worst companies to deal with ever. We bought a house a year ago and we went to Bobs to purchase all brand new furniture. We bought 2 couches and a complete bedroom set, which included dressers night stands and headboard. With that we also bought a new king sized bed as well. So the sofa sleeper came broken we found that out when we had our niece and nephew sleep over and we opened the sleeper and the back fell because the metal brackets that hold it up were broken. So of course we called to get a replacement it took 6 months for them to replace. Now also my dresser came damaged due to a bow in the top draws that won't allow it to close completely without me lift the draws up. I was told way back last June 2021 when we bought it after someone came out to look it might take 6 months or so for a new one to be delivered to us, still no dresser so i called again in January of 2022 that they would expect it to come in October of 2022 so after calling today 8/23/22 i am now told that this piece is discontinued and if i want i can go to store and pick out something else. I asked but then i won't have a matching set to the rest of my furniture.I asked why didn't we get a notice of cancellation that we would not be getting a new piece and Linda at the **** ***** store said she didn't know. Linda asked her manager Anthony what can be done he said come in to the store and we can pick out something different that will not match the set we bought, i asked if that was the only option and from Anthony he said yup sorry that's all we can do. We spent about $3000.00 at this store and this is the resolution sorry oh well come pick out something that doesn't match my set. Come on what kind of horrible customer service is that. Just even that complete lack of empathy for us waiting for this piece over a year to get corrected and this is the response. If i could offer my fellow shoppers in this tougher economy that we are facing these days spend your money elsew

      I bought a leather chair that is infrequently used in my home a few years ago. The area in the back of the chair has had unusual wearing and fraying. I went onto the Bob's on-line customer complaint department and filled out a form and never got a response from them. I figured that if I filled out their form and followed their procedures that they would have the decency to call me back and try to either fix the chair or replace it. Radio silence. When you are in their store they are super nice and attentive but if you have a problem they don't want to hear about it.

      Hello ****** we are very sorry for any confusion about the warranty from Bob’s. The merchandise comes with a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. The goof proof protection that is purchased is a plan through a third party company. Guardian covers the merchandise damage resulting from a single accident. You must be able to provide the necessary details to clearly indicate that this damage occurred through a single accident or incident and not through everyday use, misuse or abuse of the merchandise.

      Excellent prices! Nate was my sales person and he was absolutely wonderful! He was very attentive and very helpful. I did not feel rushed or pressured! I will definitely visit him again in the future to purchase more items! He was a pleasure to do business with! ***** *******
