We were looking for a specific item and did not want wait months to be manufactured. They had it on the show room floor, exactly what we wanted. We had a Great experience at Bob’s discount furniture!

I'd give them zero stars but it won't allow me to. I purchased a recliner from bobs that I am unhappy with its too big for the space that I have and I also was told I can pay it off in 5 months even told me the extra 100 would have me pay it off early. Come to find out the put me on a plan called water something that I've never agreed to being that I wanted to avoid interest fees of 12% . I have paid 350 twords the recline then found out I was put on the water whatever plan no email no warning no agreement. I have not made a payment since due to them putting me on a plan I didn't agree too nor knew about. Was sent a Email saying to pay a renewal fee or make arrangements for a pick up. I called to try to get them to pick it up well before 30 days in my home and have been getting the run around. Basically I feel scammed do to them putting me on a plan I NEVER KEW ABOUT NOR AGREED TOO! I WOULDNT REFER NOR RECCOMEND ANYONE TO GO PURCHASEANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE ITS ALL SCAMMSBob's Discount Furniture LLC

My first time buying furniture in almost 10yrs was worth the wait! Shamika was awesome and helped me figure out what I wanted!! Shamika was patient and her customer service was wonderful!!

I bought a couch from Bob furniture in ****** 2 years ago. I call right away because the delivery drivers were rude. When I went to unwrap the couch one of the legs were broken call several times on hold for hours and finally gave up. The pillows that came with it went flat in a few months and zippers broke. Also the arm of the couch caved in. I finally had to get a new one. Will never shop there again they are produce the worst furniture.
