I went to this Citgo Gas station on ******** **** today 3/25/25. I needed to make two separate transactions on two separate cards in order to fill my tank. The first transaction on the first card went through the second one the Clerk claimed it was declined. Something told me to double check because I know I had the money. On my bank statement It said that the transaction had occurred. The clerk would not refund my money or let me pump the gas. I needed that gas to get myself to where I had to Go.. I showed the clerk my bank app that said the exact amount went through that I had attempted to charge.

It has been resolved the issue. I spoke with her.

It didn’t charged her credit card at all. It was a technical error.

She has no complain now. Please keep this note.

    Sorry for any inconvenience.

    Thank you
