      The leasing team/manager manufactured a narrative and new invoice to allege that there was no overlap in coverage. The supporting documentation that I provided was more than sufficient evidence that an overlap occurred. Additionally, the Support Care/ CS ADMIN Lead validated the overlap prior to escalating the request for a refund/account credit.

      MY EXPERIENCE WITH QUADIENT HAS BEEN A MIXED BAG OF GOOD AND BAD. THE LAST CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON (SHANON) WAS VERY GOOD AND FOLLOWED UP WITH ME AS PROMISED. MY FIST MACHINE WENT BAD AND THE PERSON THAT SENT ME A NEW MACHINE MADE ME SIGN UP FOR ANOTHER 3 YEAR CONTRACT. ENTERING FUNDS INTO THE MACHINE IS VERY CONFUSING AND WE PUT IN $1,000 VS THE INTENDED $100 AND THEY WOULDN'T ISSUE A REFUND. THE MONTHLY EXPENCES ARE TOO HIGH FOR A SMALL OFFICE LIKE MINE. THUS MY EXIT FROM THE COMPANY.
