      Mike W***** was not only wonderful to work with but he was extremely patient and listened to my concerns and went out of his way to help me. He is truly what a customer service rep should be (I was a lead at a Waste Managment call center years ago and was in charge of training new reps so I am very familiar with what is required and when someone does a good job).

      SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUD. They send bills with due date. But by their own admission, they process payments after due date and add $39 late fee to next bill. They are a finance company not a postage company. They make money from late fees, even though they are not late.
      Notified me my agreement was up. Return instructions are not correct. finally got thru on call but had 76 minute wait. im sure they know people wont hold on line for 76 minutes. i pressed 1 for call back but it never came.

      This company is a scam! DO NOT USE THEM! They forced a new mailing machine on us saying the one we had was "obsolete". More lies from the liars at Quadient. The machine worked just fine. We did not want a new machine and were forced to practically by countless emails and phone calls telling us we need a new machine. We had ordered ink, the ink was never used. We returned the $200 ink cartridge and were told we cant get refunded on it because it was over a year old. This is business as usual at Quadient. On top of being obtuse during the call they act like their customers are a real problem. Their response was NO. NO REFUND, pay the money F You pretty much. Garbage scam lying dirt bags. DO NOT ORDER THEIR SERVICES THEY SCAM EVERYONE!!

The new model that you received is IMI compliant and meets the updated security standards put in place by the United States Postal Service.       Unfortunately I would not recommend Quadient. They emailed us a new postage meter contract so I had to call to find out why they wanted us to get a new postage meter. They told me our meter would be obsolete, so we needed to sign a new contract for a new machine by 3/31/24. I started looking at other options for postage since the new meter was quite a bit more (even for a very basic model). I let the account rep know I was looking into other options and nothing was ever said to me that if we go another route we would need to pay out the rest of the contract plus a termination fee. I assumed that if the meter was obsolete next month, the contract would no longer be in effect since it was for the obsolete meter, and nothing was ever said regarding this by my account rep. When I asked her how to get the meter picked up she told me to call customer service. When I called customer service, the rep proceeded to tell me that our meter wouldn't be obsolete until after the end of our contract in 10 months. I feel like I was just being taken advantage of to get a new meter now so I would have to pay more money. I should have been given all the facts up front about my meter and all my options instead of just pushing a new meter on me and not telling me all of the facts. I was trusting them but I decided to go a different route and now I am glad although they wouldn't work with me in getting out of contract early even though its there own fault. If they would have never contacted me to try to upgrade my meter, I would have never started looking around for other options. And they would still have me as a happy customer.
