      Precious did an amazing job on two different calls for me. She provided excellent service, w which has been absolutely invaluable in helping us sort out some billing issues we’ve been having since before I started here over a year ago. She helped me last week, and then I was fortunate enough to get her on the phone again today. If it hadn’t been for our conversations, I never would’ve realized there were different divisions we were supposed to be paying. I wish we could choose a rep to work with regularly because I’d request her every time. Her professionalism, patience, and knowledge are greatly appreciated.
