      Emily was very helpful. We had not recievd our label to return the sorter and she helped us get this started so the equipmet could be returned correctly.

      We have been a long time customer of Quadient, Inc. Our inter office postal needs have decreased and we no longer require a meter. I was task with getting the information to start the process to cancel our lease and return our machine. I was transferred a few times after I provided this information. It seems customer service in all industries unfortunately declines once you are ending the financial relationship. When I was transferred to Chris she was very friendly, helpful and that was a nice experience. She helped with the mechanics of what I needed to accomplish, but more importantly she was nice. I recently went on vacation in another country and I can say that it was over all a negative experience because every service person from the airport, to hotel, to restaurants, and stores were very unfriendly. Once you experience so much poor customer service it reminds you that when someone does their job with a friendly voice and a smile you can hear over the phone, you need to take a minute to celebrate that person and acknowledge how much you appreciate them and make certain they employer knows what a valuable team member they have!

      Emily was very polite and helpful in solving my problem with my return of equipment. I explained I had not received the return label email and she realized that the previous person i had spoken to had my email address incorrect. I was happy not to be on the phone for a long time.
