      Very slow and uninterested in resolving issues!!! It took 3 months for me to get assistance with an issue that took me one day to resolve after emailing and calling constantly for Quadient to finally help. Very Bad Service!! BUT THEY BILLED ME EVERY MONTH!!

      Our dealings with Quadient over many years have been Great! Unfortunately, we're downsizing and had to give up our postage machine. The reps. at Quadient were very courteous, and helpful.
