  I started doing business with this company over 2-3 years ago have bought multiple cars from them brought multiple people to them overall the company made over $100,000 just dealing with me alone! That being said the company has well knowledge of what I do for work which is driving! We always had that understanding I drive a lot I need a good running vehicle. I bought my first car from them 2018 ******** *** with about 24,000 second car I got was a 2020 *** with about 26,000 never had a prob with those cars thought the business was solid this 3 rd car is where everything changes, I purchased an **** Q7 2017 with 120,000 even though the mileage was high but knowing their history with the last two cars I wasn’t worried because the last two cars where impeccable Ithought they would treat this car the same which they did not this car has been leaking oil since I got it they said it was the pcv valve they changed it and it still leaking to this day another problem I’ve been having with the car is brakes I’ve had the car 4 months and the breaks have been done 3 times one of the rims is bent reason why brakes keep wearing so quickly which I didn’t find out until I had to put 4 new tires on my car because they wouldn’t do it knowing they failed inspection from **** all the features in the car don’t work i had a inspection done from **** in Danbury it failed pretty much everything so I took it to them they said they’ll fix it only because we’ve done business but I take it as an admission to guilt because if everything was done from the beginning why did you need to go back and do that work to it and they still didn’t fix the problems and when I say the rim is bent the interior wall of the rim is bent so it something you can definitely tell that its nothing that came from my doing the car came with no spare they didn’t give me a copy of my contract I still don’t have it to this day!! I trusted them and the really betrayed my trust! All documentation that I have will be received upon request! I donor want this car seeming the problems that are wrong with it must can’t be fixed because they are trying to hold me responsible for repairs when I’ve done no damage to the car 1 , 2 the problems are pre existing problems that where there before I got the car I have texted of them saying they’ll just reset the code I have proof of me buying oil from them since I’ve got this car this car is not suitable for my lifestyle which I’m sure they understood when they sold it!!! I would like to either trade my car for a more suitable vehicle with no problems. They will tell you themselves they’ve put too much work into the car but the whole time it’s them trying to fix the problem that they messed up in the first place or didn’t fix from the beginning
