      Had used them in the past and had found them reliable, but their quality and professonalism has declined as recent online reviews indicate. Lisa cancelled our move two days before the date of the actual move, without first informing us, and sprung this surprise on us, while telling us that they had given my spot to someone else, and had nothing available for the next two months and told me to use another company, after I had already spend considerable time setting up this move with Siracusa. Very unreliable, rude and unprofessional.

      Customer rescheduled the move multiple times and failed to pay the deposit to hold a date. Customer also did not sign contract which resulted in move being delayed again. When we tried to reschedule, they requested a date that we were unable to accommodate due to our holiday schedule so we advised customer to find an alternate service provider who could meet their move date.

      The response by Siracusa is a lie, and I have email exchanges proving as such. The move date was already scheduled and I had already signed a contract. I was informed by Siracusa to pay 50% of the total price of the move before the move, as a deposit, and to pay the remainder 50% after the move, which I agreed to do. When I called Siracusa to pay the 50% deposit before the move, and before the deadline for the payment, Siracusa illegally did a bait and switch and told me that they now require 100% of the total price of the move to be paid BEFORE the date of the move, which is unlawful, and they also raised the price of the move, while also informing me that they were canceling the contract we had signed and sending me a new contact, which was also unlawful to do, as a company cannot unilaterally cancel a contract without the customer's consent, as my attorney later advised me that Siracusa was breaking many laws. Even though I immediately agreed to sign the new contract and pay 100% of the full price of the move, Lisa informed me that they had already cancelled my move without informing me or consulting me, and had given my slot to someone else, and had nothing available for the next two months. As many other online customer reviews have stated, Siracusa is in the habit of cancelling scheduled moves at the last minute, as they are now focused on doing large moves, while they schedule moves for small households as placeholders until they are able to give that slot to a larger move, resulting in them cancelling the smaller moves without notice and at the last minute, as they did with me and informed me that they had given my slot to someone else merely two days before the scheduled move. My attorney has advised me to go ahead with a lawsuit against this company and that their lies in their responses to their online reviews will be used against them.

      I recently had a long distance move with Siracusa, the driver/mover was very friendly, professional and respectful, Neil, I personally thank you for making this very stressful move easier. I had requested a date for pickup and it was honored. Delivery was made on the date I was told. I can’t say enough about Neil and Siracusa for having such perfection with service. My extended thanks go out to Taeler who answered my questions throughout this entire process. Her kindness and reassurance helped with the uncertainty I had. This is my ever first long distant move and I am forever grateful for the understanding and support I have been given. I highly recommend this company for any moves, long or short distance. Thank you Taeler & Neil - you rock
