    I ordered parts online 2/2/2023. received an email with order confirmation and never heard anything else back. Nor received the items that was purchased. Total: $92.40 Called the number that was on the website and left messages and still have not heard anything back. It has been over 30days and should have received or heard something but have not. The address on the website I have now noticed is a residential address of ** ****** **** *** *** ******** ** *****. I want the product or to be reimbursement. And to make it well know not to buy from this company because its not real.

    I refunded a customer that you sent a complaint about. You claim you could not get in touch with us. The complaint was **************. I tried looking for a way to answer it to no avail. The order was refunded since parts were unavailable. Tell the customer to check their CC statements. It was supposed to be drop shipped by a supplier, and they did not have it.
