    I purchased a 2009 ******** ******* from Performance Auto Center because it was advertised as a
    convertible. Upon my physical inspection o the vehicle I noticed no sun visors, no side mirror buttons, and the drop top mechanism didn't work. They promised me that they would fix all issues, and had me sign a contract with their associate that stated they would honor the fact that the car parts needed to be ordered and placed on the vehicle. I was never contacted. I have called them numerous times only to be left on hold. They also stated that they were waiting on my financer to clear the parts. Until I was able to put the financer and the Performance auto associate on the phone together in which the financer stated they don't order parts. My financer is asked for them to expedite the parts and still nothing. The car has never been able to pass emissions and the engine light won't go away. they registered the vehicle through whatever service they use but failed to inform me that the plates on my vehicle are canceled. I have been paying for this vehicle left and right and still can't seem to get in contact with anyone. I have been there physically and received so many different excuses for something that should have been taken care of in September, 2024 when the car was purchased. Every service they stated they would do to the car was Never done. This business lies to customers and makes us pay for repairs on cars that they promise to fix.

    Purchased a 2014 ******** **** a few months ago. The front seat was not working but was promised they order and would repair it when it came in. Still waiting for repair. Also realized after having it that the back seat belts don't work. I am unable to safely buckle any kids down. Was told my warranty time was up and had to repair them myself, mass sensor also needs to be replaced. The truck was a lemon but I only want repairs made that are due to me.

    I’ve had this 2018 ***** **** for less than 2 years. I’ve had problems with it ever since I bought it. I went back & fourth to let them know my engine light was on & other mechanical issues. Every time I went, the manager “ fixed” the problem but my car still had the engine light on. I went back to get it fixed, and the same day the engine came back on. I had went to Auto Zone to have them check my engine light. They told me it was my catalytic converter so I could the place back & went back to them. When I went back, the guy told me he’ll take care of it. June 25,2023 I had to bring my car back cause of a crack in the cooling pump & I also let the manager know my engine was still on so I need that checked as well. Due to the cooling pump I had to pull over because my car was smoking. My car was in the shop for about 2 days & on June 27,2023 I had to pay $477.06 & they also gave me an oil change. They gave me back my car with the engine light STILL on. Ever since they replaced the cooling water outlet, my car been completely messed up. When I turn my car on now it shakes, says “change oil soon” & “low oil pressure” that keeps popping up on my dashboard. About 2 weeks from today 08/01/2023.. I went back & complained about the same issue & spending almost $500.00 jus for the same issue to happen. I spoke to the manager about fixing the problem or possibly giving me another car & told me he doesn’t know why the problem is still happening & walked away with an attitude. He then had an employee come out to speak to me & he as well said “ we don’t know why the same issue happened”. I then, took my vehicle to a ***** dealership to see why my engine light is still on & they said Performance Auto put a aftermarket catalytic converter on my car which isn’t the correct one for my car. I just want my car completely fixed or a full refund for such a bad experience and lack of help.

    I got a car from them and it broke down on me 3 days later I brought it back and just got it back yesterday 7/26/22 at 4 now today my check engine light is back one and my car is shaking.
