    My fiancé and I visited this establishment in September 2023 for Botox treatments. We spent around $450 for not sure the number of units administered to her forehead and around her eyes. Unfortunately, the results were negligible- the treatment did absolutely nothing. Attempting to schedule a follow up session proved futile as we were consistently ignored. Upon visiting the location, it became apparent that there was a lack of communication, and neighboring businesses were not aware of the individuals who administered the treatment. Overall, it was a disappointing experience marked by ineffective treatment and poor customer service.

    I purchased 40 units around my eyes area and forehead and it did absolutely NOTHING. I tried to call and let them know, i left 3 voicemails within 10 days and no one even bothered to call me back. Then I went to the office in Newington and none was there. I asked and they said they moved and they are nowhere to be found. The worst experience of my. They basically stole my money.
