Don't use them they are rip off artist.. charging my son $1,100 for a tow and just to look at his car and storage fees. The car was towed on Tuesday he called Wednesday and asked them to look at it. They said they would call back in an hour and no one called back. He called Thursday to inquire about what they found and was told they wouldn't work on it because of a bent strut tower. He goes Friday to pay and have his car towed to our mechanic gets there a bit before 5 to only be told impound is closed. He wouldn't have impound fees if they didn't close early. They charge $200/hr for a total of 2hrs just to look at the car to be told they wouldn't do the work. They didn't spend 2hrs on the car and didn't do any work

right now my daughter-in-law's car is being held hostage by this supposed "service" station. As our case is the same as the previous complaint, this "company" said they repaired the oil leak and returned the car to her after seven days. Within a week the car was leaking oil again. She had been given a warranty of two years on the service. They made her drive the car to the shop. It has now been 9 days and the car has not been returned. The mechanic said he was trying to find a used part to put in it, because the new part cost too much. He was told to put the new part in the car. He said the car would be looked at when he could get to it. She was told that if she didn't like it she could tow it out of there. If it is not returned tomorrow we will be getting a lawyer. A complaint has been filed with the DMV.
