      We love our new roof. Klaus Larsen roofing has an awesome team of people. Jonathan and RJ are great at communication and are very nice. Jonathan and RJ kept us informed during the installation since we weren't able to be there the day our roof was put up. We highly recommend Klaus for your house!

      Ryan C. and his crew arrived on time and completed the installation of our new roof and gutter guards in one day! They explained what they found, completed the work on budget and cleaned up after themselves. A professional and courteous team.

      I regret doing business with them. They convinced us they were local representatives of Gutter shutters which we had previously contacted. Salesperson, Kayleigh convinced us we needed a complete gutter system not just the gutters shutters we were looking for.
      Discussed one product, Gutter shutters and it's all she had for demonstration.
      At signing the contract we didn't notice that Gutter shutters had been replaced with Raindrop, besides it wouldn't have meant anything since we had never seen or heard of Raindrop gutters.
      I had emergency travel and while I was still traveling she called to ask for funds. I asked my wife to release the funds to her. When I came back she the ad got rain the night before but there were splashes on the wall in areas never before. That's when we noticed that we had a different product. We contacted the company but they were making reference to the contract. We accepted our loss but asked they fix the problem of water running over the gutters. It's now months since but nothing has been done despite several calls we've made about the same. We've sent them pictures of water damage on our house but still nothing has been done yet we have a warranty on the gutters.
      We can't have new gutters on the house and have rain water running over the gutters on to the walls and causing damage to our property.
      We didn't have this problem even with our old gutter system. Either the gutters were not installed properly or they are not good.
      And what happened to our warranty?

      We met with Patrick at our home to have an estimate for roof replacement.
      We felt like we knew Patrick forever, like family.
      He gave us a great presentation . With his expertise and suggestions he helped us choose the right roofing. Never pushed us to buy more than what we needed. We scheduled two weeks out. RJ and his crew were here right on time, 7:00 am, got right to work and not one of the crew stopped until lunchtime, then right back at it. Cleanup was spotless, they were all very respectful of our property and they were done and gone by 2:00.
      Our roof looks beautiful! We are very happy. Plan on having others services done in the future.

      Klaus Larsen did a fantastic job on my roof! Sales process was great and I feel like I know exactly what was done on my roof and have full confidence that everything was done correctly!
