Timely service, didn't have to wait 24 hours to get a response to my problem.. the repairmen they sent out were johnny-on-the-spot and took care of the leaking shower faucets (yes, both were leaking like they were in a hurry to raise my water bill sky-high!). Didn't take long and we now have working (correctly!) shower faucets.

Homeserve is super quick, pretty straight forward; however, I was not able to talk to a live human. So I have to admit there was room for improvement. Really I would have loved to see and request local plumbers and choose who came out. I was please with the company who did, but just saying. I do try to pick small family local owned companies.HomeServe USA Corp.

5 starsThe plumbing service was prompt, courteous and very professional. They fixed the original problem and recommended other repairs that were needed.
Fortunately the needed repairs were covered under by homeowners insurance. I would definitely recommend their service.

Customer service was great but the plumber they sent out, not so good. My toilet will not flush down anything unless you hold the lever down. He adjusted the water flow and said it was fixed, ready to leave. I tried to flush toilet paper down and it still won't go down. He came back and snaked the toilet, then said it was fixed if you hold the lever down to flush it. After he left I had to readjust the water level he set to high, It was running over. He Fixed NOTHING. I am disappointed.HomeServe USA Corp.

The contractors they use charge n inflated price which uses up the deductible, the company won’t allow you to select the contractor allow the price of the job to fall within the covered deductible. It’s not really worth it because the contractor is charging twice the market rate.HomeServe USA Corp.

After receiving information about a service agreement for my sewer line, I decided to send HomeServ a check for the full amount for a one-year agreement -$59.88. I sent the check on December 30, 2023. The check was cashed in January 2023. I never received a policy. They continue to send me information stating that I am not covered, and refuse to answer my letters requesting answers. I would not trust this company.HomeServe USA Corp.
