I'm a current customer of Homeserve, after reading all of these complaints, I'm considering canceling all the policies I have with them which are paid through my gas bill. I am really starting to believe that they are just ripping consumers off! So very disappointing!!!

*** ******* ****** and his assistant at ********* ******** did a great job assessing my leak situation with the main water line and making the proper repair. Everything went smoothly without any issues. Very pleased with the work performed, and how personable and professionally kind they were.
This first experience with making a claim with HomeServe has been a positive one.

Buyer beware.. We filed a claim on Sunday July 2, 2023 and today is July 14, 2023 and we still have NO RESOLUTION.
Our sewer pipe cracked inside our walls, we have water running down our walls, floors, furniture is getting damaged and NOBODY AT HOMESERVE gives a crap.
My husband has been called everyday multiple times a day and every time we speak to a rep it's a different story every time. DON'T SPEND YOUR HARD OWNED MONEY ON THEIR SERVICE. IT'S ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!HomeServe USA Corp.

The money I’ve given these people is a waste of money I called for service eight weeks ago they never came. I called to cancel it. They sent someone out. They never came. Some guy stole for me. I’m tired of this. This is a waste of money.HomeServe USA Corp.
