I have several coverages with Home Serve and have used their services on several occasions. Their response has always been very timely and my problems corrected quickly! When I called in regarding a leaking water heater, customer service was so nice and put me at ease. They located someone immediately to come out. I had to schedule it for a few days later, and the technician, Vincent, was so kind to my 80-year-old mother and advised the water heater needed replaced and went and got another one for us and installed it. He was so polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. I LOVE HomeServe :) They were a blessing to me!HomeServe USA Corp.

The HomeServe staff, especially the call center operators and schedulers are very polite and helpful in assisting to fix the plumbing issues I had. The company that they scheduled to snake and jet my main sewer line were experienced and work oriented.HomeServe USA Corp.

I’ve had HomeServe coverage for a few months now, and it’s already been hugely beneficial. Turned out my water line cracked and I called HomeServe to arrange for a plumber. Scheduling, Dispatch, And Service Were All Top-notch. Mike Was Able To Diagnose The Issue Quickly And Did A Very Thorough Job- By Himself In 80 Degree Heat! Very Professional And Kept Me Informed Along The Way. Definitely Recommend.HomeServe USA Corp.
