Home Serve put us in contact with John Hall of Quality Plumbing when we had a problem with our hot water heater. John Came When Scheduled, Assessed The Problem And Explained Everything To Us And Asked Us How We Wanted To Proceed. He Then Went About His Business Of Restoring Our Hot Water. A Most Satisfactory Experience.

We have paid HomeServe for a couple years as recommended by our city. The insurance is supposed to cover our external sewer line to the street. I have had sewer water backup into our basement three times in the last five months. I can’t get them to have their plumbers do a scope line. I’ve paid for another plumber to do it and he said the line is collapsing in two places and needs to be replaced. HomeServe won’t let their plumber who has come out do the scope themselves. They just say to call again when I get a basement with sewage.HomeServe USA Corp.
