    I purchased this item after reading how to set up sensor. Uploaded photos if their steps to link and a link for the videos demonstrating the sensor connection are available at **********************************.

    But when trying to register in real life I get these instructions that I need a NFC reader to connect to my phone. I believe this is false marketing and if I knew beforehand I'd never purchase this item and they won't refund because the box was opened per their policy; however, you can't see that you need a NFC reader until you've actually opened the box.

    The medical sterilized package storing the device is unopened but the has been opened.

    We are sorry to hear that you had some initial difficulties setting up your OvuSense device.  To use the OvuSense Sensor and App, your phone must have native/in-built NFC technology, there is no requirement for an external NFC Reader.

     

    I can see from our Customer Support correspondence that you have followed our troubleshooting advice and have successfully managed to connect your Sensor and download temperature data.
