Team 3 Athletes purports to offer small group training for lacrosse players -- primarily focused on middle school and high school - aged boys. Roy C***** is a well-know lacrosse coach in ********** and former highly accomplished lacrosse player (both collegiate and professional). My three boys participated in a related program, S******** *** Lacrosse, also run by Roy C*****, last school year. In the spring, he advertised a "new" structure to his Team 3 training. He offered package deals (Core Commitment Package - 6 one hour classes and FOCUS package - 12 30min classes). In the spring of 2024, I purchased 2 Core Commitment packages, each costing $549 plus tax. They were supposed to be good through the fall. In any case, no classes were offered in the spring or summer for me to sign my boys up for so they expired without use.

In the fall, I again purchased 2 Core Commitment packages, each costing $549, and one FOCUS package, costing $449. When I tried to sign my boys up for class, I found that Team 3 Athletes' system would not let me sign up. When I emailed Roy, he said that I need to buy a subscription package for each child that wanted to participate and that the Core Commitment and Focus packages could be used as supplement. I then purchased a subscription for two children at $149 per month. In October, I finally was able to sign up my oldest son for one class. Roy subsequently canceled the class on the day of because of low sign ups.

I have emailed Roy over 10 times requesting a refund for the 4 Core Commitment packages and the 1 Focus package. He has indicated on email that he is happy to process a refund but he has NEVER done it and no longer responds to my emails. The classes he said he would be offering have never come to fruition. He has limited the schedule to one day a week which does not work for our family. I would like my money back, as I have repeatedly requested from him. I am owed over $2500. I have receipts for all purchases.
