      STOP MY TELIVISION SERVICE , THEN WAS TOLD THAT YOU HAVE CELL PHONE THAT COMES WITH MY BUSSINESS PACKAGE .TOTALLY FREE I ASKED MANY TIMES ARE SURE THAT THIS FREE . DECCEMBER 24 WHEN I GET MY BILL JANUARY 2025 I WS CHARGED FOR CELL PHONE . I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE . OK THEY ARE GOING TO LOOK INTO THIS ,FINNALLY THIS MONTH APRIL 2025 AFTER 10 CALLS WITH CLAIM NUMBERS ,I GOT OK TO SHIP BACK .IWAS TOLD TO RESET TO FACTORY SETTINGS. I HAD ORIGINAL BOX AND PACKAGES, NEVER USED ,, MAYBE 3 CALLS. .NOW THEY ARE CHARGING ME .. FOR USE AND WEAR, NEVER TRUST SPECTRUM.

      MINUS 10!! WORST MOBILE SERVICE!! I'm still reeling from the absurd customer service I received from SPECTRUM. Trying to add a second line for my visiting mother should have been simple. Instead, the **** ****** ***** **** **** *** ***** ** **** ****** ** ****** botched it 4 times and then refused to issue a refund on the spot, forcing me to call customer service.
      What followed was an unbelievable 35-minute saga involving 5 different representatives just to get my money back. It makes you question what kind of company operates with such a disconnect between their in-store and customer service processes, and with so little regard for their customers' time and frustration. This isn't just inconvenient; it's a fundamental failure of customer service.
      In this day and age, how can such incompetence and lack of empowerment exist?
      It's hard to imagine a business model that seems so determined to ALIENATE its customers.

      I have had the worst time dealing with spectrum services. I have literally been paying for a cable service with two Xumo boxes for over a year that was supposed to have been removed in September of last year. I have never had two Xumo boxes and I’ve called in every month for the last five months I know and been to the local store twice and yet still none of these problems have been resolved. I finally told them today to disconnect my services.

      It's not worth the headache. Was with them for years. Service was in and out for cable and Internet. Eventually only had Internet and it would go down for hours on end. I finally had enough as I work from home some days and have to have reliable internet. They would switch boxes and even made me get 2 separate boxes so of course had to pay for the extra box. Sent a technician out ran all new wiring. Didn't help only made it worse. Internet went out for almost a day but they had Internet across the street I could pull from but if I went downstairs I would lose signal.
      I had enough and they stated I was getting a $20 dollar credit, wow, only $20 after years of headaches with them. The day after I signed up with a new carrier and called to cancel and the person through Spectrum argued with me for an hour. I had to hang up on her when she said it was done. Took my boxes back, which mind you the nearest place is about 30 min away and was told I did not have the $20 credit and the account was never cancelled and this was a week later. Spectrum is a joke and a rip off. I'm then told as this was the 9th of the month I still have to pay for the next month as I did not cancel in time. I do not recommend this company and stay as far away from them as you can. Their customer service is rude and if you are brand new that is the only time you get a deal as soon as your trial is over you do not get any more deals. All your rates go up. Bills continue to go up each month with new excuses for taxes. Watch it bogus taxes are added almost every month or they add new boxes or extenders so they can charge more for their junk service and rude customer service experiences.

      Spectrum is by far the worst provider I have ever dealt with. Not only do their services not work as advertised but their customer service is the worst i’ve ever experienced. I was told by multiple different sources from spectrum that I could easily do the early upgrade for my phone and then was told I had to pay off the rest of my current phone, charged an additional $100 to get the new phone which totaled out to be $430 and when FedEx lost the package they not only refused to try and help me figure out how to get a new phone but said i would have to wait a minimum of 30 days to even get my money back! When talking to Spectrum’s customer service they just read off a script at you and have 0 empathy or even bother trying to satisfy a customer issue. I’ve never experienced a place where they insist that they can’t do anything to help you, I have a lengthy background in customer service and it just isn’t true that there “isn’t anything we can do”

      If I could give negative stars I would. Garbage service. And FYI it’s a monthly subscription so if you move and don’t call before your billing cycle to cancel (I called only 5 days after) you will get charged for the entire month even though you moved, mailed the equipment back (which I took my time and gas to bring to the UPS store for them) and aren’t even using the service!! They charged me $70 for an internet service I’m not and can’t even use because I moved and called 5 days after my billing cycle. No prorate, no refund. My billing cycle was on the 25th, I called the 30th and canceled, mailed their equipment back, moved into my new place on the 1st and got charged $70 today (the 15th) of the next month… no service. No equipment. No warning. Just a big middle finger in the face of someone that’s been a loyal customer that’s never been late nor missed a payment. Will never use again.

      Also when I called to cancel they took FOREVER and was very pushy trying to sign me up for a cell service I didn’t need. I had to repeat over and over again that I just needed to cancel and that’s it!

      Spectrum, I would never again use your service not even to save my life. You hooked up with the apartment complex to twist our arms to get cable?/Wifi. Till this day, I have not subscribed to cable but have been paying $55 since September 2025. Spectrum, you are a disappointment in the worse way. One of the crookedest company on the North America. I am so glad that when June comes, I will say goodbye to Spectrum forever.

      Autopay continued to charge my card for an entire year for mobile servic that i had you cancel a year ago March 2023!
      How can you continue to charge someone for no usage when the customer canceled the account and you ported the number to another carrier?
      I wish I truly could give not one star!!! This review for Spectrum Company it applies to all Spectrums!
      To cancel my internet service Friday 4/11/25 after being with them for a year because I'm selling my home.
      Last year 3/23 I canceled my mobile service and my number was ported over to ******* because my new mobile phone wouldn't work on their network. I was still using their Internet Service. I paid it thinking I was only paying for Internet Service. A year ago I went into the Spectrum Office on ******* **** ** *** ******* to cancel my Mobile phone service only which they did but only verbally!
      I was told usually when a number is ported to another carrier the service for that number stops and I shouldn't have been charged anymore but Spectrum still charged me for a year. No usage on my mobile account but they've charged me a total of $400 for an entire year and only want to reimburse me $175, how aboit interest on my money too? Since you're straight strong arming for my money. Collecting money for No service rendered!!!
      I was told by an agent (***** **** *** ******* ** ) it was there in-house problem for not removing autopay. I was then referred to Supervisor Brian But he said its part my problem too for not notifying them within 6 months.
      This sounds very scammish to me!! He was no help and tried tell me it was part my problem for not contacting them within 6 months. I was told this was in-house problem that should've been caught by them.
      I want a total refund of $400 for no service rendered. Why should I have to pay for something that I didn't use and couldn't use my number was now on ******* network

      This company is about the biggest rip off ever. I cancel my services and returned the equipment that, they still charged me for the full month. I received a text saying that I owe 65. dollars I thought it was a scam. No it wasn't, and also want to charge late fees. When you ask them what is the charge they respond with you cancelled in the middle of the cycle. So I use 7 days and I got charged 23 days of non use. STAY AWAY FROM SPECTRUM damn THIEVES.
