      The service is good, but lately our Internet goes down daily! And it's not on our end because they send me an email telling me it's down. A hundred a month, just for Internet is ridiculous and with it constantly going down, they should credit some of the lack of service back to me. I wish I had other options because I would leave them in a heart beat. I am just thankful I don't work from home because then the outages would be even more disruptive

      Poor Customer Service and poor quality of service overall. Call are spamming my phone line and they will not do anything about it. Their fake Call Guard does not work.

      I sent a phone back an did not get credit for it. Spectrum Mobile kept taking money out of my account and when I called them out on it, I requested a refund of all fees and payments. They ended up "crediting" my account instead of giving me a refund. It is impossible to write them as they have no address listed.

      Devious company. Two things stood out to me:
      (1) They actively work on monopolies with small towns. Then they slowly ramp up prices until things are ridiculous. No where near competitive price.
      (2) You can't trust anything said over the phone. Apparently information from customer service reps is not binding. I was explicitly told on a recorded that after ten years of subscription that I owned the modem, but then was charged $59 for failure to return that modem when I moved. When I talked to "leadership" about it, they told me that nothing said by a representative can be considered official or binding.

      I terminated their service and returned ALL equipment 4 days later. It has now been 3 months and they are STILL trying to charge me for unreturned equipment. I have spent about 3 hours on the phone with these people trying to get this resolved.
      This is VERY close to A SCAM!

      I ******* ***** BOUGHT A CELL PHONE FROM SPECTRUM.THIS PHONE, A ******* ****** PHONE,QUIT WORKING ,THEN IT LOCKED ,I THEN CALLED SPECTRUM.THE REPRESENTATIVE THAT ANSWERED.I TOLD HER WHAT HAPPEN TO THE PHONE.SHE SAID THEY WOULD SEND ME ANOTHER ONE RIGHT AWAY.AND THEY DID.I RECEIVED IT ON JAN15,2025.THAT SAME NIGHT I ASKTHE LADY"WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY PHONE THAT IS BROKE"SHE SAID PUT IN THE BOX YOUR NEW PHONE CAME IN.THE OTHER REPRESENTATIVE ASK IF SHE MENTIONED SENDING ME A LABEL,I TOLD HIM SHE DIDN'T.HE THEN CHECKED OUR CONVERSATION THAT NIGHT AND FOUND OUT WHAT I WAS SAYING WAS TRUE.I WAS TO SEND BACK BY FED-EX,AFTER SHE TOLD ME THAT I ASK HER IF I COULD PUT IN DROP BOX.SHE SAID THAT WAS OK.OUR ****** ******* STORE DOES FED-EX,BUT THAT NIGHT THEIR EQUIPMENT DIDN'T WORK.SO I PUT IN DROPBOX TO MAIL.****** SAYS IT IN THEIR SYSTEM.SPECRTUM SAYS ITS NOT IN THEIR SYSTEM.I FILLED REPORT WITH POLICE.THEY CALLED ****** MANAGEMENT,THESE GUYS SAID SPECTRUM IS SUPPOSE TO FILE A CLAIM AGAINTS ****** NOT ME,BECAUSE THEY HAVE ORIGINAL TRACKING NUMBER.THEY TURNED OFF MY PHONE SERVICE.PLACED THE CHARGE OF THE PHONE THAT DIDN'T WORK ALL ON MY PHONE BILL,MY PHONE BILLS WERE PAID.I PAID EXTRA TOWARD THAT COST.AND THEY STILL DISRUPTED MY SERVICE.I OFFERED TO PAY ON THIS CHARGE EVERY MONTH UNTIL THE PHONE WAS PHONE.I WAS PAYING ON THE PHONE THAT BROKE.I HAD INSURANCE.I AM ASSUMING IT BROKE SO QUICK,SPECTRUM FELT ,THEY HAD TO REPLACE.NOW BECAUSE THEY HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE PHONE THAT BROKE THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE ME PAY FOR IT.I WAS $26.00 A MONTH.THE PHONE WAS ON SALE.PLUS I GOT A PAYMENT FOR MY OTHER PHONE,NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE ME PAY,$1,130.00.PLEASE HELP.****** IS RESONSIBLE SOMEWHAT,BUT THE REPRESENTATIVE SAY IT WAS HUMAN ERROR THAT THE LADY DIDN'T SEND ME THE LABEL FROM SPECTRUM.       Wish I could leave zero stars.
      Called Customer Service (CS) to speak about grievances, I turned on my call recording, she heard it notifying her of this (I had surgery a week ago and can only use one arm, unable to type notes). I took over my 82 year old grandparent's account a month ago (beginning of March). I changed all of the info to match my contact, the bills come to me, everything. The CS rep refused to speak with me, mockingly asked if I changed account info today, was arguing with me; I asked her to stop interrupting me, telling her that I needed to express my concern so I could be assisted properly. She hung up on me. I went online to see if I could downgrade services; redirected to their awful CS phone line (833.949.0036). Left this on their site:
      1. Terrible "why wasn't this helpful options" - three choices that do not encompass legitimate concerns. "it wasn't what I searched for", "it was confusing" (seriously?), "it has inaccurate or incorrect info".
      2. Making it impossible to downgrade services - upgrade and give you money, no problem - do something about abhorrent scams on seniors being charged $400.00 a month for internet, home phone that they haven't had in 10 years, and TV; which includes a DVR they have no idea how to use, and receivers/cable boxes in bedrooms that no one lives in (who are hard of hearing and cannot advocate for themselves), no can do.
      3. Corporate greed at its finest, on such a disgusting level.

      Charter Spectrum offers reasonable prices for mobile and internet services. However, their customer service is ineffective, with robotic apologies and no resolution.
