      Spectrum told me they v would lower my bill by getting Spectrum mobile after signing up my bill went up $40 more than told after complaining trying to understand why they told me that was not true and if I cancel any subscription I'm bill would be higher do NOT believe anything they tell you they will lie to get you to add .mobile than if you try to cancel they will charge you BEWARE

      On March 20, 2025 I called to get a quote for internet and TV services. While their representative was very pleasant and their price was competitive I was very clear that I would consider their offer knowing that I would be out of town until 3/29. When I returned I found a box of hardware on my front stoop and that I had been signed up for service. The representative put it through as a sale I am sure to get his commission. I called on 3/31 to tell them that I did not order service and did not want their equipment. After getting the run-a-round with the representative trying so get me to sign up she said I would have to talk to a different department and return the equipment to a local Spectrum store. I said I am not willing to do either as I did not order their service. I would be happy to put it on my front stoop for them to pick up.
      She said they could not do that and that she cannot cancel my order. I said no need to cancel an order I never made and here is was I am willing to do, that is, put their equipment on my front stoop for them to pick up and that I am not paying for anything. She said my order is not cancelled until I speak to their resolution department. I interrupted that perhaps she didn't hear me, no need to cancel an order that was NEVER placed and come get your equipment.

      I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an issue with a phone order I placed over the phone, which has resulted in an unfair financial loss for me.
      I specifically ordered a newer ****** of the same size as my current device. However, upon receiving the phone at my home, I noticed it was not what I had requested. I promptly returned it following your instructions, expecting a resolution.
      Days later, I received an email stating that the returned phone was "defective." This claim was shocking to me, as I returned the device in the exact same condition in which I received it. I immediately requested proof, including photos and reference numbers, but did not receive a satisfactory response.
      To my dismay, Spectrum Mobile charged $323.89 to my credit card without my authorization. In an attempt to resolve the situation amicably, I contacted your customer service multiple times. I even proposed keeping the incorrect phone that was originally sent to me, but I was told that was not an option. This left me without a phone and with an unfair charge on my account.
      Since this charge was unauthorized and the handling of my case has been highly unjust, I demand:
      An immediate refund of the $323.89 charge, as it does not correspond to a legitimate purchase or service.
      A clear and detailed explanation of why the returned phone was deemed defective, including photographic evidence and documentation.
      A fair resolution to ensure that my credit is not negatively impacted due to an error that was not my fault.
      I hope that Spectrum Mobile values its customers' loyalty and resolves this issue in a fair and ethical manner.
      I look forward to your prompt response.

      Internet we have the highest gig and still slow..my problem w spectrum is that it goes out alot and we always pay our bill every month but when it goes out, we don't get refunded...greedy company making millions..I bet the ceo don't care about anything but money!!!

      I signed up for a 7-day free trial of Spectrum TV. The very next day, they emailed me a revised statement of my account adding $40 a month in charges for the TV service, even though my free trial had not ended yet. When I went to cancel the free trial, I learned that literally the only way to cancel was to call. The call ended up taking 15-20 minutes and consisted of me repeatedly stating that I want to cancel and the rep asking me useless questions like what kind of TV I usually watch and who my mobile provider is. I literally would not have done the trial had I known that was the only way to cancel. It's clearly a scam on Spectrum's part as they are obviously hoping you will either keep forgetting to call or they can talk you into staying if you do call. Almost every other company who offers a free trial simply has a button somewhere online that you can press to cancel it. Spectrum allows you to add services at the click of a button, so they could certainly allow you to cancel services the same way if they cared about the customers. At the very least, they should disclose that the only way to cancel is by calling before you sign up for the free trial. And the kicker: they didn't even have the most recent 5 or 6 episodes of the show I wanted to watch, which was the entire reason I signed up. So I never even ended watching a single thing on Spectrum TV and this ended up being all for nothing lol... Not impressed by this company so far.

      Spectrum came out and upgraded my internet and it worked terrible so I disconnected they gave me a hard time about disconnecting and even argued with me and they left electrical boxes on my house open and wires hanging out and wouldn't come fix what they done!!! Terrible company!!!

      I am so tired of getting mail from Spectrum wanting me to get their service. I have lived here for 2 yrs. and still get junk mail from them several times a week. Isn't this harassment ??

      They have been charging my account for mobile phone for 2 years and when I called the customer service to talk about where that came from they were like “you signed the contract, now you pay” there’s nothing you can do.
      Here’s the thing 2 years ago I moved to NYC and had to get internet, went to the store and the salesperson gave me the router and said if you take this SIM card with you, you will get “$xx” off your monthly subscription. I asked what’s the catch and the guy said “there is no catch. Our company is growing and this is a thank you gift.”
      And 2 years down, I was charged $30 every month for phone service I never used. The customer service is shit.
      Never never never use spectrum. ******* is far better.

      This is the worst phone company I have ever had to deal with I have went through three telephones with them I have bought insurance and it's still the last transaction ended up costing me $250 even though the phone was still under warranty they are the worst company ever do not do spectrum
