      After having an internet outage on New Years Eve while hosting a party, I was promised 2 months of free service. I noticed the last 2 months I have payed for both months in full. After calling Spectrum, I was informed that they would not be honoring the agreement they made with me. I even offered to provide screen shots of the conversation.
      The service is consistently spotty, they don’t care about keeping you as a customer, and they are overpriced.

      I hate Spectrum. Any company who harasses me by calling, mailing and knocking on my door after REPEATEDLY telling them to stop is never getting my business. I have complained to managers and they still won’t stop. Next step - police report, I guess?

      Constantly cuts in & out. Requested a tech 2 times and problem wasn't fixed. Every person on the chats are cunts.
      Doesn't prorate cancellation and made me pay for a week i didnt need. Accused me and attempted to charge me for having equipment that tech took and received confirmation email about.
      Finally cancelled and the person didnt cancel my account. Noted the account to keep it open for another month pending an offer against my wishes & also misinformed me about how long I had to return the equipment. Wasted hours of my life arguing with multiple ppl to reduce charges for services not rendered. And I'm still not done arguing about returned equipment

      Worst cable/internet company I have ever dealt with in my life. Spotty internet, that would go in and out for no reason. Terrible customer service, and their cable TV is atrocious! Steer clear of this company

      I just wanted to take a moment to share how wonderful our experience was with Shaunte tonight. She was absolutely amazing—so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful in assisting my husband and me with getting a budget-friendly internet plan. Her friendly, bubbly attitude made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated to delivering top-notch service, and Shaunte truly went above and beyond.
      I highly recommend recognizing her efforts with a raise or bonus as she exemplifies excellence in customer service. Thank you, Shaunte—you rock!

      If i could put 0 stars i would. The worst internet service provider by far. Every other week or at least once a week there's an outage. How!? It takes them 4hrs to fix it and even then I pay for 1000 mgbs or whatever and I don't get it. I hope one day a better internet provider comes down to my area cause I will switch so fast! This is unacceptable and a rip off.

      Spectrum has been incredibly unprofessional, and I’ve experienced nothing but frustration with their service.
      The system is often congested due to the large number of users, which leads to significant slowdowns, freezing, or issues with other internet-dependent services, especially during peak times like the afternoon,
      It’s beyond frustrating.
      Imagine coming home after a long day at work, hoping to relax, only to find that the internet service you’re paying for every month isn’t working properly. You waste an hour troubleshooting with Spectrum’s tech support, only to get nowhere. When I finally contacted them for compensation, I felt like I was dealing with a sleazy used car salesman trying to nickel-and-dime me for the inconvenience they caused, despite billing me every month without hesitation.
      Spectrum offers poor customer service and has a dishonest mentality.
      Don’t do business with companies that don’t value your hard-earned money.

      my internet wasn't working. I thought maybe a local issue where maintenance was being conducted. I was by the Spectrum office and stopped to ask. I was greeted by a Curtis who's name tag said "specialist." So I asked if there was a break-down with the area I lived in. He demanded me give him my drivers' license to photocopy for his records. I DIDN'T want to give it to him as my privacy and so many identity theft problems are happening with company's databases. Anyways I gave the drivers' license to him, again, which I DIDN'T want to do. He proceeded to get all the personal information from me that was none of his business nor that of Spectrum. He told me he had to do this in case someone tried to buy a phone from there. Wait, you can still check a drivers' license without scanning that into a Spectrum database. It was a lame answer. So after a few minutes of interrogation from Curtis. He offered no solutions other than said bring in the modem for an exchange. MY only reason I went by there was to find out if the network was down; not a reason for privacy interrogation on my personal information. He went into a back room where he said he'd talk with a tech. The tech never came out to chat with me and Curtis wasn't gone that long, less than a minute. He came back and said to have the modem check. Again, I asked if the network was down and he never answered my question. WHY waste my time for a word salad of non-information. Spectrum needs to better serve their customers by NOT making a person feeling they are being interrogated!

      The WORST at customer service Living in a rural area limits us. However if I had another option I surely would take it. Tv an internet both
