      How is Spectrum gonna charge you for services you no longer have because the service is connected? So they are trying to force me to pay for a full month of service when my service was disconnected mid-month. So pretty much you all are trying to take money from your customers even though they no longer have services.

      Spectrum employees gave mis-information to my tenant about transferring the internet into their name. Said that the landlord account had been closed and that their account had been established. HOWEVER, that is not the case. They were not told that to transfer they had to fill out a form. They were not told that in setting up a new account rather than transferring that the company was actually fudging the address in order to have two internet services coming into the same location and that the landlord account was still set up. I discovered months later, after Spectrum had assured the tenant who let me know, that my account (landlord) was NOT shut down and they had continued to charge me -- double charging for one space for MONTHS. They refused to take accountability simply saying that we hadn't done the procedure correctly when we had done it they way THEY told us to do it. If I could change to another internet provider, I would but they have a MONOPOLY in Bozeman. Futhermore, when I told them to shut the account down immediately, they said they did and when I called back a week later to find out about the possibility of a refund they had said they were working on, they said the account was STILL not shut down. By hook and crook they are taking money from people, saying one thing, doing another, misleading, saying they will help and then not following through and then when You finally get to a manager they just tell you that it isn't their fault and they are being more than helpful and there is no proof that Spectrum did anything wrong because it was phone and in person conversations rather than in writing.

      My area had experienced an internet outage two days in the row, which lasted over 5 hours each time. When I called, they said they were unaware as to what was causing the outage but offered a credit to my account for the trouble. Fair enough. Come to find out, that was a lie! I received a text saying they were not honoring my credit as the outage did not last "past 4 hours", which it did! After calling to complain about this, I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. The girl on the phone sounded less than thrilled to assist me and even laughed when I was expressing my frustration with them. I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend Spectrum to a single soul.

      The worst company in any way it's possible. The worst speed, connection, service, price, customer support, customer relationship, etc. Don't get anything from them even if they offer for free

      Spectrum tried to access my credit report for mobile phone service. I never wanted their mobile phone service and did not authorize them to access my credit. I tried several times to find out why this is happened but no one can seem to help. They are clueless. I will be filing a complaint with the FCC and Consumer Fraud Protection Bureau.

      I gave notice that because of a move I was cancelling service as of 6/21. I received a bill for the period 6/12-7/11. Spectrum is billing me for services I did not receive and refusing to prorate their charges. I consider this theft since I’m being charged for non existent services.

      Does anyone see a pattern here?? All 1 star reviews. My internet goes out all the time. They are so unreliable and every time you call they have you go through the steps of resetting your modem/router. It’s pathetic I don’t need them to tell me how to do it since I already have done it numerous times. They are way over priced for service that doesn’t even work on a constant basis. I’m going to do my research and get my Internet service from someone else. Spectrum is nothing but a rip off company.

      They charged me for an additional month of service after I had cancelled and returned their equipment. Said it was in the "fine print" of the agreement.

      Legit worst Internet company, don't buy from them or expect anything from them even if you do. My friends and I were trying to get internet from these yahoos and they legit string us along for nearly a month with basically zero communication about the "construction" they need to do which we found out would have cost us north of like 5 digits 20 days after talking to them or some bull to obviously canceling on us less than a week before school starts when they and their tech basically promised it'd be on by the 22nd-25th of August. Legit should be a 0 rating for sacks like this for legit lying to our faces. See that 1.07 rating? It's too generous since we have to put 1-5 it's more like 0.07 with how many other reviews wish they could put 0

      I am paying for unlimited services on one of my three phone lines. It was activated on 3/30/22, I continue to be throttled for speeds after 5 gigs of use. I have contacted spectrum mobile repeatedly and continue to be told I'm paying for unlimited so the speeds shouldn't be throttled. I have asked for escalation and have submitted feedback on agents, but I'm not getting any resolution after 5 months.
