      We fulfilled our contract obligation with Pitney Bowes back in April. Up to that point, we had multiple sales representatives reach out stating we cannot continue month-to-month soon and we'll need to renew our multi-year contract. When our contract was satisfied, we notified Pitney Bowes that we would not be continuing service. Since then, they have continued to bill us through June. We have opened multiple "Support Cases" only to have Pitney Bowes close them without resolution or simply not respond. We called all available phone numbers for Pitney Bowes and there is not a way to speak with a representative. Additionally, we utilized their online chat options and email, but the bottom line is they only want to talk to you if it's regarding renewals or new business. Do yourself a favor and do not work with a company who conducts business in this way. Up to this point, we have been a faithful customer for 13 years and should receive better customer service. As a sample of this poor customer service, please review the attached files demonstrating their unwillingness to respond. Try to imagine escaping a contract as a new customer if you have no way to initiate successful communication!

      I reached out to Pitney Bowes yesterday and I was successful in getting a final invoice for the account.  Hopefully, when we pay the provided amount this will complete our agreement.  I'll keep you informed if things change or new issues come up.

      We have used Pitney Bowes for 5+ years for our postage meter. June of 2023 we were told that the meter was out of date and could no longer update. We talked on the phone with our rep and our usages and new rates. We came to the conclusion it didn't make sense to upgrade our equipment. Fast forward to July 2024 we are still being charged $88 every quarter for the equipment rental. I have spent HOURS calling ###-###-####, going through every option... ultimately it tells you to head to their website and use their chat feature and it hangs up on you. When you go to their website and click on their chat feature nothing loads or populates. I have opened up a claim and nothing. I can't remove my credit card from auto pay. I'm at a loss of what to do. It has been a year! I need help.

      Lease ******** was terminated on July 25. 2024 via Case ********, and a confirmation was sent that day including directions on how to return the meter.  We do not have any record of any cases requesting to cancel the account in 2023.  If there is an email trail or anything that would document an attempt to cancel?

      Pitney Bowes came in to start a new contract with us and offered a new machine.
      That same machine breaks down each time.
      They said it was our fault for not using their ink. So, we bought their ink and the machine still doesn't work.
      We changed this machine about 5 times in less than 2 years and now the company after we got the proper ink insists that we have a contract for this machine which sounds very shady at this point. We didn't say we want to break the contract we just want a different model of machine since this one has not worked for us since the start.
      We had other Pitney Bowes machines in the past but this one is clearly not one that works.

      Our lease for our postage meter expired on 6/30/24. We sent a message requesting to terminate, but the support case was closed with seemingly no other response or action. We subsequently received an invoice and have been put on a month-to-month plan without our consent. I have sent another request to cancel and send me a return kit for the meter but have not yet received any reply.

      There is no way to talk to a person on the phone. I emailed the last customer service rep, who send me a semi-automated reply saying that everything I need is on their website.

      When I go to the website and click on the "cancel contract" button, I get an error message (see screenshots). We just want to stop doing business with this awful company.

      I was charged a postage adjustment fee for a package them was mailed via ****. The original postage was Through Pitney Bowes for ****. The package was turned over at the **** customer service counter. About a week after my account was deducted an additional postage fee as an adjustment which doubled the postage for the package. The description and weight of the package for the adjustment does not match the package that was sent. I would like to be issued a refund for the excessive postage fee that was deducted from my account. My package was mailed **** ground. The adjustment changed the package to priority mail. That is incorrect. It also changed the dimensions of the package from 4x4x1 to 12x6. This is grossly incorrect. I’ve tried reaching out to their customer service, but they were of no help and rather unprofessional. Any attention that can be brought to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

      Hello. I do apologize for the inconvenience; to research this issue further, could we please get your account number?  If you do use Pitney Ship for your shipping, The application works in tandem with the ****'s package monitoring system to ensure the correct weights and sizing for the package was sent.  if the **** determines the package sizing is different than what was recorded on the initial shipping label, they will automatically deduct the cost of the item from your account. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over that process as it is a **** internal system however You should have received an email regarding the adjustment, in that email it will provide you with steps to request review of the item sent via the **** directly at **************************

      I placed an order with the merchant on July 6th and it was shipped out on July 8th. My package was sent to the Pitney Bowes facility in ******* ** on July 13th and I haven’t had any updates since. I really need that package as I just had surgery and I need what’s in my package.

      I ordered a something from ****** * ***** tracking #********************** & something from **** tracking #********************. Both were initially shipped via Pitney Bowes and neither one has moved for days! The order from **** should have arrived yesterday but didn't. I contacted the **** seller since Pitney Bowes states on their site that they WILL NOT help you at all regarding tracking and to contact the person shipped from. **** seller was of no help since they told me to wait a "few more" days. It's been over a week now, since that order has been "shipped" with no scans since leaving a facility. It's the same with the ****** * ***** package. I paid for these items to be delivered, NOT to sit in your "facilities" for days or weeks! This is unacceptable! Either admit my packages have been lost or deliver them!

      Purchased a music cd ***** ******* *** ******* Original Soundtrack ~ Special edit version ~ from square enix online and it was shipped on April 16 2024 never received it has been stuck at Pitney Bowes since then.

      Pitney Bowes states that ***** ****** ******** ***** has a contract but no can send me a copy of the signed contract. If Pitney Bowes cannot send me a copy of the signed contract then they to stop sending me a bill. I am currently paying the bill but it need to stop because it unfair to pay for something that I am not using any more. It is also unfair for a company to lie to me about being under contract and I am not.

      I have had NOTHING but issues with this company. I have been reaching out to them over 6 times regarding my PitneyShip Cube. Each time I call, it advises me to chat. Each time I chat, I get transferred time and time again, with each person telling me they arent the right person, and that they will have someone call me. No one ever does. This company is full of incompetent individuals.

      I have closed my business, and for the last 30-45 days I have reached out to them regarding the PitneyShip Cube that is attached to my account. I am no longer in need of the cube, and I purchased the Cube. I am trying to remove my account from the cube so that the cube can be sold to another business, or sold back to PitneyBowes. Each time they transfer me to technical support, who advises me they do not do PitneyShip Cube, who then transfers me to billing, who advises me that they do not do PitneyShip Cubes. This is ridicolous to not get a straight answer from anyone. I am wanting my account removed from this PitneyShip Cube, and wanting verification that I own this device before it is SOLD.
