I ordered products from **** *** **** ***** got the confirmation and tracking number.
They use Pitney Bowes as their shipping. I was told it would be here on April 14th then it changed to April 19th still has not arrived what so ever I tried getting a hold of them and they refuse to help. It's not updating for delivery either. They have been holding onto it and not sending it to the next carrier at all. It said it was in ******** ** on the 14th and nothing else for any updates on where my package is. I had 6 items costing a little over 60$ in the order I made

I purchased 5 orders from ********** ****** that were shipped via Pitney Bowes and never received my packages because every time it gets to ******* ***** all tracking and scanning activity stops. I then had to have all 5 orders replaced, and I also placed an additional new order, which is 6 orders in total.??Now the same thing is happening again! All 6 of my orders are way past delivery dates, and all scanning activity has stopped with Pitney Bowes when my orders get to ******* ***** point. I am not sure if all my packages are getting lost in the facility or stolen - I personally think they are being kept/stolen, but whatever the case may be I would like to know WHEN I can expect to receive my packages and what Pitney Bowes is going to do about it. Every time Pitney Bowes is used as the carrier I NEVER receive my packages. This will be a total of 11 packages shipped via Pitney Bowes that just magically just vanished/got lost and I never received. Yes, read the again 11 PACKAGES! That is ridiculous and unheard of. I would like my packages to be located and what proper resolution I can expect from Pitney Bowes.

I am responding to complaint ********.

      Thank
you for reaching out to us about your parcels. I see the parcels show last
scans between April 15-18, with no activity since. We sincerely apologize for
the lack of recent updates on your parcels.

We requested a physical sweep of the Irving
facility to search for the parcels; however, our team was unable to locate the
subject parcels. It is possible some or all the items had already shipped from
      our facility.

      These
six parcel barcodes have also been reported to our Loss Prevention team so they
may conduct an internal investigation accordingly.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any
further updates at this time. We encourage you to contact the merchant retailer
directly for prompt assistance & resolution regarding your order.

      Please
accept our apologies for any inconvenience.

      Respectfully,

      Rebecca, Client Advocate

I bought a watch on April 1st and paid for shipping so it would arrive by the 15th, according to Pitney Bowes is will arrive by the 15th. Today is the 21st, and there is no tracking information beyond April 8th, where they acknowledge picking it up to transport to ****.
I attempted to call them, and when I selected shipping as my issue, I was informed to contact who I bought it from for any issues. I requested customer service several times to talk with a human, and was denied unless I needed it for a different service.
They stole my package and will not talk with me.

We were coming to the close of a one-year contract in December 2022. Pitney Bowes Was trying to get us to agree to a 5-year contract. The dentist is retiring soon.
They attempted to contact us on December 5th for a "final demand letter" and locked our machine so that we could not use it. Case # ********
On 26 Jan 2023, requested in writing a termination of our contract. Case # 34238464
On 17 March 2023, we received an email stating, "Invoice #: ********** Your Pitney Bowes account is now over 90 days past due, and it is important that we hear from you as soon as possible to avoid further collection actions. The amount past due is $126.25."
I called Pitney Bowes upon seeing this and I believe that I was told that we had to pay this immediately so that Pitney Bowes could terminate the contract. Which I paid.
      I received an invoice today, 10 April 2023 for $129.33. Invoice #**********
I called the representative and they opened a new case #******** and told me that I would hear from someone.
It feels like Pitney Bowes is moving very slowly so that they can continue to charge us. I don't like how we were threatened with collections. The last representative told me that I could disregard this bill but I do not believe her. I haven't heard if they want our machine back. It's very outdated and I do not believe that they use that particular model anymore. Though I cannot be certain where I should send the machine.

I am rejecting this response because:

Thank you for your care in this matter.
I believe that her previous statement is a miss characterization
of what I had said over the phone.  I was
relaying to her what I had been told by a Pitney Bowes representative.  The fact is that we had been threatened with
collections in march.  Yet on 26 Jan 2023, I had requested in writing to
terminate our contract, this is case# ******** but this case has since been
      closed with no action.
We do not actually have a contract with Pitney Bowes, since
30 March 2022 our lease has been month to month. Likewise, on 05 December 2022,
our meter was locked and we have been unable to use it since then. We do not
want a long-term contract and new machine because our dentist is retiring.
      I’m just waiting for
Pitney Bowes to take action on our case.
I have been assured that our case has been escalated.  I am grateful for Mauricea’s attention and help in this matter.

Pitney Bowes wants to charge us 2 years of future rental fees for our postage meter.
We are a small solo practitioner's Dr's office and the Doctor retired on April 1st .
When we got the most recent meter from Pitney Bowes a couple of years ago or so , we had no way of knowing we would have to close now. But due to decreased income and increased costs , the Doctor retired.
We cannot pay for a postage meter when we no longer have business. I tried to reach out to them and was told I would be called back but I was not.

I am rejecting this response because: I have have been in  ************ practice for 38 years.  I have been using Pitney Bowes ' postage meters since 1990.  The last lease that was signed to upgrade the equipment was September 2019.   My practice was hit hard by the COVID PANDEMIC in 2020 / 2021.   As a result , I have had to shut down my practice on March 31, 2023.   This was an unexpected occurrence due to the COVID EMERGENCY.  There was no way I could have known in Sept 2019 that this would have  happened in the future.  I have fulfilled  46 months of the contract  which is 73% of the total .  Because I have closed my practice, I have no practice related income and do not need the Pitney Bowes Postage Meter.   Because of the COVID EMERGENCY , I would appreciate the cancelling of this lease without requirement for any further payments.  I would like to get the instructions to mail the equipment back.

My package got to the Pitney Bowes facility in ***** ********** April 2nd 2023 at 11:04pm. It is now April 4th and it still has not moved. I looked up reviews on the company according those it doesn’t look promising I will be getting my package anytime soon. I am literally 2 hours away from the facility picking it up would be a lot faster than waiting the days and days. I am going to have to wait for it to get here. My special needs autistic son waits by the window every day for that package to show up and considering from the reviews. I have heard he’s going to be heart broken waiting for his package to be delivered. It’s ridiculous it has to sit in a facility that long.

The consumer provided no tracking number for the parcel
in question – unknown why the consumer would black out tracking details.
However, tracking indicates the parcel has an estimated
      delivery date of April 6th.

There currently is no issue with this parcel.
The consumer must wait for the tracking systems to update
and, at a minimum, until April 6th, 2023 – the estimated delivery date.

Pitney Bowes considers this matter resolved – as there is
      no issue.

      Respectfully,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However there was no need for the rude response I blacked out the tracking info because I didn’t want that posted on this website and people be able to see my location because of those numbers. It’s ridiculous it has to sit in a facility for two more days that’s literally two hours from me. I guess your customer service really does live up to its name as far as the reviews go. For whatever reason considering your response it sounds like you are having a bad day but I hope your day gets better because that was not necessary.

      Sincerely,

Very disappointed that your accounting system takes 10-14 days to process payments. Our payment was due on 3/20/23. We mailed our payment on 3/2/23 and the check cleared our bank on 3/13/23. Because of your poorly designed system, we were assessed a Late Fee of $29.99 and a Finance Charge of $10.53. This is quite a scam you have going where you have our money in your possession, seven days before payment is due, then charge fees for holding our money because your accounting system cannot process payments efficiently.

This is a scam because when I called your customer service center, she first informed me that there was nothing she could do because our payment was not processed timely even though you had our money. After I said that was not acceptable and I wanted to talk with her supervisor, I was told that she could only relieve the Late Fee, leaving you with the Finance Charge of $10.53. I told her this was not acceptable, and after a brief time on hold I was then informed she could graciously reduce the Finance Charge in half, leaving you with $5.26. Once again, I told her this was not acceptable since the check had cleared our bank and the money was in your account she asked if I would mind going on hold for a few minutes. Finally, after sitting on hold for a few minutes, she came back to inform me that all charges would be waived. I know that these are tough economic times but ******** **** customers that don't have the patience to follow through on getting ALL charges removed is a heck of a way to increase profitability.

I am in receipt of consumer complaint # ********

Agents cannot waive fees unless approved by a supervisor.
Agents to negotiate fees with the client.
Client claims Pitney Bowes "accounting system" as
the reason for his payment posting late to his Purchase Power account
      ****************.
Purchase Power is a line of credit. ALL payments go through
an automated scanner. NO human hands touch these payments. Payments are posted
the day they are received and if it's after 4pm, the next day. Pitney Bowes has
no control of the ****. All fees requested by the client were waived- $10.53 and
$29.99 as well as a late fee in Jan. of $39.99 with no mention of how PB posts
its payments. Pitney Bowes considers this case closed.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: The business stated that payments are processed automatically on the day of receipt.  If that was true, why was our check processed and deposited by Pitney Bowes on March 13th (see attached check for deposit date) which was 7 days before the due date of the bill March 20th.  Yet we were assessed a late fee and service fee.

It is very clear looking at the back of the check that it clear well before the attached bill.

      Sincerely,

Contacted client as his check has posted. Check ****** dated March 2,2023 for $301.50 has cleared but not posted to ****************. Speaking with client he said there would be a 100% chance that the payment did not have a remit slip with it, hence not posting.
