Absolutely the worst service known to man. No domestic support and you will get bounced 4/5 times before you get so angry you hang up. I wouldn't buy a banana from these jokers. Truly the worst support / bot system I've ever encountered.

A+ BBB RATING LOL YET ALL 1 star reviews. 2 years in a row you guys have stolen my **** trade in (old ****** in order to get the $1000 credit) and now I’m going to be charged $1199 for my new ****** ** *** *** when it was supposed to be $5 month with my trade in. I will be taking legal action as I have proof that you guys are a sham of a company. Probably a cover for smuggling drugs. I promise you are going to be shut down soon! Find a new scamming platform! Class action here we come

Terrible shipping. They shipped my package to my state, then shipped it 6 states over to another one of their locations instead of to my house. Morons.

Pitney Bowes is by far the worst transportation company I know of. Made a purchase through **** *** **** ***** and packaged never arrived. According to the tracking information, my goods arrived at a Pitney Bowes facility in ******** ** on 10/22/2023. There is no additional information on my package. I contacted Pitney Bowes and was told that I needed to contact the retailer, I asked to speak to a supervisor and the person I spoke with indicated that they cannot transfer the call to the supervisors, cannot provide any information regarding my package and that only the retailer can contact them to inquire about the status. This is a shady business because I paid for the products and once that monetary transaction is completed, I am the rightful owner of the goods and by default, Pitney Bowes is in custody of a package that belongs to me, no longer to **** *** **** ******  The latter released the product and it is or should be Pitney Bowes responsibility to respond where the package is since it is in their possession. A box cannot get lost without being seen at some point in time. Don’t do business with this company. I wonder who has my products, maybe one of their employees is retaining packages and selling the products in the black market.

No Stars. They are frauds and crooks. They started and billed me for a service I never approved. I fought it for 2 months. They bounced me around, hang up on me, closed support chats. They have been terrible.

Pitney Bowes has horrendous business practices. We use a folder/inserter machine for the mail that we send out through our business, and the machine has just had problem after problem. It’s so bad that we’ve only gotten 20 LETTERS through the machine in the 2 months we’ve had it. Their customer service is uneducated on the products (not their fault, they aren’t trained to know), it takes days to get small issues resolved, and the problem is usually still there after you go through their entire maintenance process. Do whatever you can to STAY AWAY FROM PITNEY BOWES, for shipping AND their mail machines.

If I could give 0 stars to this carrier, I would. I can't understand why any reputable seller would still use them considering the issues I have and continue to have with this company. Package currently states that my package will be delivered Saturday, October 7th. It's currently Friday, October 13th and the package hasn't moved since October 3rd! They've gotten rid of their customer service contact pages and only ask you to reach out to the retailer?! What?! How would the retailer know what is going on if YOU have the package?! Make it make sense! I can't even reach out to **** because they don't have the package! Thankfully, the retailer replaced my package and is ensuring delivery through another carrier but I can imagine the loss these companies have from using Pitney Bowes' services. -100 out of 10!

Tracking a package is completely off and their customer service reps are very rude.

They have an automated billing system. We were double charged for a meter rental. It went to dispute and the case has now been open for a month and a half. I have requested a new statement / invoice multiple times to reflect the charges being removed from the account. They refuse to correct the statement...and while waiting for a corrected statement late fees began accruing - we were told this would not happen while the case was being investigated. It also takes them beyond 10-14 days to process payments which incurs the automated late fees. This business is predatory with automatic fees and it is impossible to get someone to respond to issues and correct them. I advise people who go to Pitney Bowes to monitor their bills closely because if Pitney can slide in an automatic unnecessary charge, they absolutely will...and it will become a battle to get that charge reversed.
