      After repeated attempts to contact customer service, I was finally able to speak with someone who very clearly was not interested in resolving my issue. I was then told that there was nobody available to speak to regarding my lease. I decided to continue holding until someone became available as getting in touch with someone was such a hassle to begin with. After a hour on hold, my call was disconnected and my attempts at contact again were completely unsuccessful. This company is a complete ripoff and as soon as you try to speak with someone regarding dissatisfaction, they make every effort to ensure your calls are not answered.

      One star is too high of a rating for a business with such poor business practices. They mandate new equipment upgrades so they can get you into another contract. I had 16 months left on my old contract and didn't want to upgrade to new equipment with new contract. Asked to pay out my contract and they wanted to charge me double what I had left on my old contract so now I'm just paying out my contract for the next 16 months until my lease is up without the use of any equipment, since they won't support my equipment unless I upgrade....and we all know what's behind that load of garbage.

      Absolutely unbelievable that this company is still in business. My package has been stuck in purgatory for weeks in *********** ** * one hour away from my house - and you cannot get any information out of any employee.
      Their employees are bunting me around to different numbers and people that all say the same thing "reach out to the seller (****) and they can assist you"...
      NO. YOU assist me!
      How is **** supposed to know wtf is going on in your warehouse? They also told me to reach out to ***** as if they will be able to tell whats going on with another company who has the package.
      You cannot go get packages in real life. There really is no solution and no customer service to support you.
      When I got ahold of someone again they told me point blank they cant give any more info than the tracking number (which is what I have) and to file a claim with the seller. AS IF ITS STOLEN. They are accounting for stolen goods.
      The amount of reviews on here for lost and stolen packages is absolutely ludicrous.
      I just need someone to tell me where the package is and wtf is happening! Such a shameful company and truly the worst I have ever dealt with.

      They won't let you close an account. Called three times and did the chat option. For they have to "investigate" to close your account. Investigate what?! Then they try to sell you into different options. I should Not have to speak to 4 different people to close my account. It's such bad business practice and not at all geared toward the client. After 3 calls my account is still not closed!

      I've had a package in transit for a month now, and all updates ceased about 20+ days ago. Customer Service (if you can call it that) was rude and refused to provide any information or assistance.

      This company forged my name onto a contact in June 2021 and then tried to convince me I signed a contract. I checked the ip address, which I guess they thought I was too dumb to do, and discovered it was digitally signed from *** ***** My office is in ******* which is also where I reside. I gave them a second opportunity. Fast forward to 2023, they shut my equipment down and will not allow me to add postage saying that the machine has been lost/stolen. That machine has been in my office no less than 10 years. No customer service representative would help despite 6 phone calls. The WORST company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

      If zero stars was an option that's what I would give. They do not disclose up front that when you create an account to use them that you are enrolled in a monthly charged "contract" After over 4 years I just realized this. It's a sneaky trick.

      Really poor model for a company. Sales / Client reps are a revolving door. Trying to keep track of who your contact is when you need them is futile. By the time you reach out, their number is disconnected or worse, they leave it functional but don't listen to messages or return calls. If there are issues with autopay (credit card expired), they won't tell you about it until you're past due, have incurred late fees AND they broadcast an email to all of the employees on your team, threaten collections AND lock your machine. That is the FIRST notice you get about past due bills. Despite assurances they are better, they are not and as soon as our contract is up, we'll be a former customer.

      I would give them zero stars if i could. They keep sending me machines that work for a few weeks, and then quit. but each time they replace the machine they make me start over on a new lease ! Their service is terrible, and their postage machines are worse. buy stamps this is a complete rip off and I've spent so much time trying to get them to do their job and money with my IT company to see if they can help. It's ridiculous

      Worst company I ever dealt with. A pathetic disgrace. Super slow, unresponsive and lacking any accountability. You can’t literally find a human being to talk to. Just change their deadlines with zero accountability. Disgraceful.
