      I would leave a zero review if I could. Their customer service line on tech support and sales clearly do not know what they're doing or they're purposely keeping people on the line hoping that they would hang up. I called in for a part that I need for my printer and they kept on hold for 50 minutes to order one part. I asked for a supervisor and they placed me on another 30 min hold before hanging up on me. I called back to place in the order for the parts but they wanted to charge me $30 more than a 3rd party that orders directly from them and then resells for a profit. I regret ever buying their machine and dealing with such a half witted company.

      this has happened before...The tracking number says Pitney Bowes has received my package over a month ago and has not sent it on to the ****...The **** can't help because they don't have it! The shipper will not refund my money because Pitney Bowes shows they received it and Pitney Bows refuses to help. The customer service person at Pitney Bowes was very rude and hung up on me. This is not good business

      Stay away! They will ALWAYS overcharge every month! Always review your bill! And Goodluck trying to get your money back, they are thieves! Our lease is finally up and they are charging $130+ to return their machine! So happy to be done with Pitney Bowes for good! Thieves!!!

      I'd leave a zero if I could. Their customer service is awful. Our office has a brand new postage meter that doesn't work. When you call the help number on the meter, you get a recording telling you they've 'enhanced customers experience' by giving them 2 options. Go online and get help or have them send you a URL. There is no one you can call for help. I wasted fifteen minutes googling pitney bowes online, going through their help topics, talking to a bot, etc. Twenty minutes later, I was able to chat online with a human being who then called me. Telephone call took less than five minutes to determine I needed a new part.

      God  help you if you’re canceling your account. Perpetual hold constant forwarding you to someone else!!! Just go to the post office!!!

      Horrible service, they will take your money and will not let you cancel.
      i was looking at creating postage stamps and was led to this site, it said create your own postage just sign up for a free trial. once i did i realized this wasnt what i needed and "tried" to cancel. they make it absolutely impossible to do so telling you to call customer service and request a case to be opened to cancel a trial. i thought it was done when removing the account and card information and the site said it did not have a record of me i thought it was finished. nope i was still charged for the next month after the trial. Again i had to navigate through the site to open a claim to cancel and now get a refund. called customer service again and was transferred until someone told me i will receive a call in 3-5 days about closing my account instead to talking to me now. my card information was removed and autopay was turned off and yet they still charged me. if i am not contacted by time said and receive my refund they will be hearing from me again until i know i will not be charged for something i have never used.

      My Pitney Bowes Stamp equipment states to call their number to talk to someone to update my equipment.
      I am not given an option to speak to anyone. The website is of no use. I am paying for equipment I can not use.
      Apparently this company has NO Customer Service. Why should I pay for something I cannot use and the company will NOT HELP.
      I have emailed them for support with NO RESPONSE!!!!!

      Pitney Bowes is the worst customer service ever!!!! Why on earth would a company make you sign a 5 year lease when every business goes either up or down per year. A postage meter expense should be looked at on a yearly basis to see what the needs of the company are, and not be locked into a lease for 5 years and paying almost $3,300 per year for some huge postal machine that is not needed!
      This should be a zero start rating, but it makes you select at least one star!!!

      I have never experience worst customer service in my professional or personal life.
      The main culprit is Jason C**** whom I spoke with last year and we exchanged emails, but once I told him I wanted to cancel, he neglected me. I have had 4 cases opened, multiple phone calls and nobody has been able to cancel my contract, that has been up.
      Phone calls/emails./cases opened......for over 4 months
      Terrible, just terrible customer service.
