    Did a phone order of 5.5 cubic yards of “screened too soil” on April 3rd 2023.

    The company came out and delivered it a few hours later. The top soil looked more like fill used to fill in holes. I started spreading and moving the top soil and discovered glass shards throughout the whole pile of dirt. I was using this to fill in a raised garden bed. When I was about half way through filling my garden bed I kept noticing glass shards in every shovel and wheelbarrow load I dumped. So I started to pick them out and toss them in the recycling can. Eventually it got tot he point i had to contact the company and have them come out. At which point I was 3/4 of the way done filling my garden bed. The only resolution they offered was a 25% refund of my total order. This poses a huge health and safety issue.

    I ordered 12 yards of screen topsoil delivery guy came with a small truck that contains 4 yards he dumped the first 4 yards went back got another 4 yards came to my house and dumped it. At that point we told him we didn’t need the last truckload full that it would be too much can we cancel it? . He said it was no problem and he wrote on our slip returning four yards refund coming by mail.. he said that he didn’t really know how to refund it on the charge card. It would be easier just to send me a check..
    So he never went back and brought another truckload of dirt to us . after three weeks and four phone calls of him never returning my calls and no check I filed with the charge card co. and I did not win that case because of the documentation, they couldn’t figure out what really happened. he basically owes me 138.67 for dirt. He never delivered to my house the last truckload full. definitely scammed me..
