********* is my all time favorite band so this pains me to write as I was so disappointed with the concert due to the venue, not due to the artist performance. Ive been going to Nationals Park for the last 11 years for baseball games and concerts and my experience at the ********* show makes me never want to visit the park again. The security staff was the main source of the bad experience. First, the security seemed clueless when I asked them basic questions about entry. Next, they were ****** aggressive with how they treated guests. I was in the pit for the ********* concert and I was treated so poorly after paying a significant amount of money to be in the pit. The security staff were hostile, especially with regards to bathroom use. My husband tried to use the bathroom in the pit area and was physically restrained. He was unaware that the bathroom couldnt be used during a song, and instead of clearly communicating this, the security staffer put his hands on my husband to stop him from accessing the bathroom. Further, neither of us had ever heard of this rule about not using the bathroom during a song - in fact, we went to the same concert three years ago at Nationals Park and never ran into this issue. Later, I went to use the bathroom while the concert was still going on and was told the field bathrooms were closed for the night. There was no warning or communication about this previously and at least 50 mins were left in the concert - and I really had to go to the bathroom as I waited in my pit spot as long as possible assuming I could use the closest bathroom when I really needed to go. Instead, I had to leave the field/pit area and go up to the 200 level to use the bathroom, something that was quite difficult when I really had to go. I also missed at least one song due to the very long trek. I do not recommend seeing anything at Nationals Park unless a change is made.

Attended ballgame on May 13. 3 hours round trip travel. Game delayed for 3 hours due to nothing but light showers and drizzle? Then game postponed even though rain stopped. Game rescheduled for next day on Mothers Day when most people have plans and I can’t drop everything and cancel plans. This could have been handled far better. The Nationals took my time and money and provided nothing.
