    I should have read the reviews first rather than later. Booked thru Groupon and when I got there showed the coupon and they took it, there was no mention of a charge which appeared on my card for $110. When I called, they were extremely rude and insisting that I had done the wrong thing. They also state that they only accept 1 coupon per person and this was my second time, that is different from the information on Groupon. To add insult to injury, it was the worst massage I have ever had

    I first found out about this business via Groupon and purchased a voucher for a wax service which I now seriously regret. My first appointment went smoothly until it was time for payment. That is when they decided to inform me that they only accept vouchers from 12 PM-3 PM during the week and that I had to pay full price. It has been nearly three months since then, and I have either been unable to reach anyone via email or phone for days at a time to schedule an appointment so I can finally use my voucher. The voucher expires soon, and every time I try to schedule online, it is canceled by them. When I call to schedule, they say they cannot help me and to do it online. It is frustrating and extremely unprofessional.

    Was going to purchase a Groupon for this company. Called to ensure that the service included extractions. The front desk employee told me to purchase at the spa instead of Groupon in order to help them and their business and that they would honor that price.
    After the facial, I proceeded to show them the Groupon price that showed 44 (including a discount). The employee began to SCREAM at me and threaten to call the cops! Super rude. Reading other reviews, customers have experienced similar problems with the establishment owners.
