      Our washing machine flooded our entire condo and 2 units below us and the fire department had to come on site to identify the problem. We hired Mr Appliance on 9/15 to determine the issue of our washing machine not properly spinning and drying the clothes at the end of the washing cycle and subsequently on 9/23 had them come back out to complete repairs. Upon the individual completing fixing our washing machine, the part assumed broken was only lose and we were never refunded for the part that was never used, the individual put out washing machine back together and in the laundry room but left the drain hose from the washing machine out of the pipe and just behind the washing machine. This caused the entire load of laundry to flood our entire condo and down 2 condo's below us to the bottom floor. We contacted Mr appliance to advise of the situation, filed a claim with my insurance company and contacted our HOA property manager due to the damage impacting several units. Mr Appliance of NOVA has not attempted to remediate anything and was reluctant to submit a claim with their insurance company for a full week. They refuse to refund any cost (over $400) for the repairs that ruined our condo, any cost to replace our valuables ruined due to their negligence, the cost to remediate/restore/renovate our condo or the deductible that I owe to my insurance company for any repairs or remediation. We have sent several emails and calls to the individual franchise (Mr Appliance of NOVA), corporate Mr Appliance, their backed company to ensure the work is done right called Neighborly through direct emails to the CEO Mike B****** as well as corporate emails. We are living in a construction zone and had to take off work to allow dozens of individuals in/out for restoration/inspections, coordination of calls amongst several insurance policies (my own, other owners, mr appliance insurance Capstone ISG), HOA property manager and all attempts to Mr appliance of NOVA and Neighborly.
