  Not sure what you are talking about with saving money. Last month I was billed $270.03. Largest bill we have ever received in the 21 years in our house. Both of our children are off in college, so if anything we are using less electricity. I saw the bill from our power supplier for the same billing period: $112.90. How is that saving money?
  And now I am in the same boat with the "90 days" to cancel. I will take steps to make sure they do not steal more money from my bank account. They need to be shut down. Zero stars should be an option.

  Really sad to see all these misinformed people writing negative reviews about a program that is saving people money while helping them to utilize renewable energy. I have been a customer since January of 2022 and have never been charged anything other than 90% of what I would have paid National Grid. I track this every month, because I was very skeptical at first. They have never once been off, I have saved every single month since I joined. Very thankful to have discovered this company!

  Two representatives came through my neighborhood today. Didn’t say their names but said I had to provide him w my electric bill. I asked why he said it was a state mandate. When asked to leave he said he would just keep coming back. The police showed up because a neighbor called after one of the men tried to prevent her from shutting her door by wedging his body in her door. After saying that she should support him because they were both black. These folks are terrible, legal action needs to be taken.

  Stay away! Arcadia is good for one thing and one thing only - paying your utility bill with a credit card and no additional fees. You can rack up some additional points.
  The many upsells they are offer are where they screw you. They advertise "Community Solar" as a way to "save x% on your energy bill" but after I signed up I was billed $540 in the first month to "purchase solar credits". I disputed the charge with customer service and they made no attempt to amend it.
  In total I have been charged $1,200 over four months and dragged into a lengthy credit card payment dispute process which they are fighting tooth and nail with my IP address and fine print from their terms of service. Great to save all the CO2 only to have it mailed in 100+ sheets to my address. Just stay away.

  This company is indeed a scam. A well thought out, and quite organized scam at that. It's bad enough that my real power company is already taking my money, but for such organizations to exist, they need to be persecuted by the law.

  This company promised a reduction of 5-10% on my utility bill. The bill actually DOUBLED once the solar farm came on line! This is a very scary scam!

  This is a JOKE! I'm filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office as well. I thought why not about signing up ... I save some money each month and nothing really changes other than the outfit I pay as they take over everything. First, it takes several months for you to be signed up with a solar farm ... In that time-frame your payments match what you are billed. The moment you are set up with a solar farm is when it becomes DISASTROUS! The first month they took out the full payment I was billed by electric company... and then a secondary full payment minus the savings. I contacted them to complain and they had a horrible explanation but said it was fixed and should not happen again. The follow month they were sneak because they took a payment in the beginning of the month and then another at the end. These were 2 different amount and OVER $200 each. I was never billed for the amounts they drafted which made no sense. I requested an explanation that would make sense to me... they cannot provide one as they only explained the one amount but not the other. This is a HORRIBLE company with LITTLE to NO customer service. I am trying to cancel this but according to these other reviews I see... doesn't look like it will be soon. I changed all my electric account info so hopefully they won't receive anything further but at this point I can only hope as I also tried to stop them from pulling anymore money from my credit card. I was a fool for signing up... I should have reviewed this and my gut... WHO THE EFF SIGNS UP WITH DOOR TO DOOR SALESMEN me... i did and I REGRET IT

  Actual scammers. They keep charging me over $100 what my Ameren bill actually is, MONTHS after I tried to cancel my account. I'm so upset, I can't afford this and I don't know how to get my money back. I'm going to have to cancel my card because of them.

  I’ve been trying to cancel my services for more than a month now! There is no customer service and they keep on charging my card. Horrible experience!!!!!!!!
